Is difficult understand by phone the technician, is very professional, honest and organized. Unfortunately repair my old kitchen tv was more expensive as buy a new one.

Technician is difficult to understand but does top notch work. I called him On Friday,late, and he came by Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem and took the TV back to the shop. He called that day with the estimate and fixed the TV. He delivered the TV Monday. I had also tried to get the PIP work but could not. I had Comcast techs out three times to try and hook up the TV, DVR, VCR, Digital converter and PIP. They were unsuccessful all three times. I asked this tech could he? He tried for about thirty minutes but was unsuccessful. That evening he called and asked if he could come back at 8:00PM to try again. He came but was unsuccessful. The next day he called again and asked to come by again at 8:00PM to try again and he had 2 more ideas. This time it worked and I now have the TV fixed and working with PIP. It has been a long time since I have seen any other workman with such a penchant for perfection.
