He was quick to contact me, come out, and quote. His price was fair. He is new to his business so there were a few hiccups but he learned. Project progressed well, but had some weather delays. I felt like the quality was good and he was very open to new tasks along the way. Communicates often and if anything changes which I found to be very good in a project.
