Reeves has designed and built a wonderful pool for us during the summer 2013: I wanted to wait a bit before writing this review as you often see issues with pools arising 1 or 2 years after construction.
Bottom line, Reeves and his team have been perfect in this job. I?m an engineer and did review a few recommended pool builders before making my selection. Reeves came with the best design very early in the process, balancing cost, design with existing layout constraints we have in our back yard.
During the construction, we made a few unexpected discoveries in the underground - which is normal with this type of construction - and Reeves always reacted professionally and didn?t take advantage to add any additional costs. Some of the stones placed were not up to standards and were replaced by Reeves with little questions.
My only frustration came with his electrician who did some additional and separate work for me around the pool and
didn?t impress me at all.
We very much enjoy our pool today and I?m pleased we have selected Reeves to build it.

This is the first review that I have ever written.
The quality of the pool is good.
Communication, responsiveness and helpfulness were less than expected. Phone calls were rarely answered and replies occasionally took days and required second requests.
At the time of excavation I asked the owner Reaves to copy my landscaper on scheduling updates so we could coordinate the landscape work, Reaves told me that he would try but that he had a lot of customers and couldn't guaranty that he would remember to CC the landscaper. He advised me that this was not his responsibility.
Unnecessary delays resulted from RCS lack of understanding of Atlanta permitting procedures and requirements. On the day of final inspection, the inspector showed up and informed us that city of Atlanta requires completion of separate inspections to be performed for Final Electrical and Final Site - Prior to final CO inspection. This mishap was costly and forced rescheduling of other concurrent construction elements.
Throughout the project the site was excessively unkept, walkways that were removed were left without ground cover resulting in a big mess.
The workers that did the coping work engaged in angry shouting episodes on two occasions in my yard that made my family uncomfortable.
Just days after installation our software interface controller stopped working and intermittently displayed an error message "Attempting to connect with controller" I called and texted Reaves explaining the problem. The response I received was the following text message "For that kind of stuff call Pentair, the phone number should be on one of the owners manuals" .....

Reaves was  the first estimate that we received for this project.  His expertise with the pool style was immediately apparent.  He knew the make/model of the pool and approximately when it was installed just by looking at the setup.  Within 10 minutes he explained a feature that the pool was designed for that I would have never imagined.
Reaves performed his measurements/calculations and we talked briefly about our expectations (the estimate occurred in early April, and we wanted to swim by Memorial Day).
When RCS's estimate arrived, the price was a bit shocking.  Compared to the other estimates had we received, RCS's was by far the highest.  Then my wife and I started to notice things missing from the other estimates.  Bit by bit, we made each estimate reflect the work that was going to be done.  Once that occurred, all of the other estimate started to match RCS's INITIAL estimate.  (This was huge, with Reaves we knew there wasn't going to be any hidden costs, or any corners cut on the work because of an oversight from the estimate.)
Terms were agreed to and we signed the contract on April 17th.  The one thing that would affect our timeline was the weather.  Once the weather cleared up, his crews started.
There were a couple of issues:  the wrong tile arrived, and the color of the coping bricks wasn't anywhere close to the pictures.  (Advice for ANYONE doing this.  Go to the pool supply warehouse and LOOK at the bricks in person.  Take a sample OUTSIDE into the sunlight and make sure it is the color you are expecting.  Our original choice of "grey" bricks were either brown or purple.)   Each time, Reaves was understanding and resolved the issues.
Fast forward 2 weeks (weather played a factor), and the pool was being filled.  Reaves came over once the pool was filled and walked me through the maintenance and care for a salt water pool.  He answered all of my questions, and stayed patient through everything.
Needless to say, we were able to meet our Memorial Day goal, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome of the project.
It would be great if I could post before and after pictures.  We have an additional project for the pool, and RCS will be the first company we call for the work.

I did a great deal of searching and interviewing when I decided to put in an in-ground pool.  Reaves of RCS came out and took his time listening to me and looking at the yard, then went back to the office and came up with various designs for me to look over.  He tweaked and didn't try to push me toward purchasing something I did not want.  I wanted a Fastlane put in and he specifically designed the layout to accommodate it even though at the time he had never installed one.  We were blessed with good spring weather and he finished the pool in 4 weeks.
My yard was hit by lightning this weekend and my pump was damaged.  Reaves was quick to respond to my e-mail asking for advice.  I would highly recommend him for any pool or spa install.
