Ranney Blair Construction

Scott and his team from Ranney Blair Construction were professional, punctual, and courteous. On demo day they used drop cloths to prevent dust from spilling into the other rooms. Anytime we had a question about the process, Scott was quick to respond by phone, email and text. We actually started with a partial demo (removed microwave/oven combo, the tile floor and half the cabinets) so we could continue to use some of the kitchen while the teams were making sure there were no unknowns hidden behind the cabinets. Having it done that way helped us keep our sanity and feed our 3 year old. When they came back later to complete the demo, there was one pipe that showed a slow leak. Scott came out at 8pm ready and eager to fix the issue. Ranney Blair ordered the new wood floor and installed a week later. Since we were extending our flooring from other rooms they had to lace the wood so it blended perfectly into our kitchen. They did a great job on that and I could tell it wasn't easy. Once our cabinet makers delivered the cabinets, Scott's team came back to run the new gas, electric, and plumbing lines. Then his team installed new floor molding, patched the walls, and repainted. When appliances and the countertop were installed Ranney Blair Construction came back to place the tile. We are extremely happy with the results. One thing that stood out to my wife and me was how kind they were to our 3 year old son. He loved having the contractors around.
