They were great. They did everything they said they were going to do and with reasonable time and we were very pleased. We had a leak on our roof and it was around our fireplace, so they knew the problem right away. They checked it and knew exactly what was wrong. They took care of it. It was very nice and very accommodating. We were very pleased with them. Their price was very reasonable. My husband kind of knew what was going on and what are problem was but they checked everything out and they were very nice about it and they gave us an estimate of what they're going at that time. They also guaranteed the work which I thought was really important.

We needed to get our roof repaired due to the 4/28/12 hail storm in the area. Turned out our roof needed additional repair work not part of the hail storm. PRC worked with us and our insurance adjuster, they did the insured hail damage repairs and our additional "out of pocket" repair work at what we considered a competitive price. They asked for no money up front. The materials were delivered one day and the work done and completed the next day. Everything was cleaned up and removed, couldn't even find a single loose nail. They followed up with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I checked them out thoroughly before signing a contract and we are very happy with their work. I would use them again.
