Terrible. This is NOT an actual moving company. They took my deposit, but were not able to complete the job. After a detailed explanation of the equipment that would be needed and the number of movers (the items are very heavy and I have moved them before, so knew what would be required), this “contractor” sent “sub - contractors” that were not prepared and did not have the appropriate tools. They were not able to move the items. Michael, the contact that I had made all of the arrangements with, kept the deposit, but did not complete the work. In addition to being unprepared and not capable of completing the job, the sub-contractors arrived 7 hours late. Communication was poor all the way around. I would NOT recommend this “company” and highly recommend you continue looking before hiring.
