This was a terrible experience. I was quoted a price for a job then he tried to charge me $325 dollars more for the same job. It was all recorded on text, but he kept denying it. It’s so unethical to bait customers in with s low rate then try to charge more. To add insult to injury, he lost our piano casters. I will have to hire another company by to finish the job. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company.

We were moving to a home that had stairs up to the area we needed the piano to be. We took pictures of where the piano was going, sent it to them. There was no problem. First, they changed the delivery date which was a tad bid concerning because they said they were going to put our piano in their warehouse and deliver it a week later... however we agreed to it and trusted it would be OK. Then the texts started, they wanted more pictures of the stairs... and we sent them. Then it was decided they would need the "railing" off of our stairs to take it up because the area at the bottom of the stairs was too small...after a few days of back and forth and us being in a brand new area 2 hours from our home we had just moved from and not finding someone to remove our railing right away, and them having our very expensive baby grand piano in a warehouse, we asked them to bring it to us anyway. The piano is now in my kitchen (see the picture below). It's taken us 3 1/2 weeks to hire someone to remove the railing...they told us they would come back and move it up once that was done...well 3 days before they are supposed to come, he cancelled on us telling us to call someone else (he claims he is sick now)...He only took 100 dollars off the cost of initially moving it....didn't finish the job and has left us dry with a piano in my kitchen. The person he referred us to won't move the piano. The person we hired to remove the railing is expected to come tomorrow and we can't cancel him as he will charge us...so now I will have no railing on my stairs and a baby grand piano in my kitchen until we can find another piano mover to help us. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE. It's going to cost us almost triple from what this guy was going to charge us to come back and take it up the stairs to move it...You get what you pay for. RUN. My next call is the to the Better Business Bureau.
