Unbelievable and amazing customer service. Got a problem? No waiting! They must have trucks hiding in every subdivision just waiting to help repair, replace, and install new! A+++ AMAZING SERVICE! From start to finish this company was top notch and we highly recommend them. I called to have my mom's (btw she is 86 and still very independent) garage doors looked over since they had not been serviced in over 10 years. The scheduling of the appointment was super easy. Connor, our technician arrived on time and was super sweet with my mom answering all her questions. After assessing the current state of the doors, he explained to her what he recommended and pricing. She agreed on the work and parts were ordered. Connor came back per schedule and on time, completed the job and made sure all her remotes were working correctly. If you are looking for a repair or installation of your garage, this is the company - "One Clear Choice." Make sure you ask for Daniel Echols. I had just purchased a home and quickly found out that my garage door was poorly installed and had an abnormally loud noise. Being a nerd and OCD myself, I have watched numerous YouTube videos and was able to identify the issue. I have had companies like OGD, Over Head Door Atlanta, Total Garage Care, Precision Garage Door, Metro Garage Doors, Balanced Garage Door, etc. all come by and tell me the garage door just needs to be lubricated and tightened, and they then try to upsell me with other unnecessary items they want to change and do. Some companies even gave me 3 options to pick from, like OGD with "Basic, Recommend, or Preferred" packages; Metro Garage Doors with "Part Way, Half Way, or All the Way", ranging from $800 to $2,000. Does it even make any sense that you have 3 options to fix a problem? Mr. Echols from One Clear Choice came and gave us a very reasonable price of ~$500, which made sense. He fixed our garage door, and he was amazing from start to finish. Professionally, detailed, and patient with us throughout the entire process. We're 110 percent satisfied and happy with Daniel's work and superb customer service skills. Truly an amazing gentleman and technician. If the owner is reading this, he is an asset to your company. My garage doors are quite old and have worked well until the spring broke and the cables unspooled. Although the complete repair price was more than I expected, the garage door tech was efficient, knowledgable, and explained everything to me. He also explained the various repair package prices (spring, pulley/cables, and rollers) that were available. I am satisfied with the work and it's worth the cost to have peace of mind knowing my door is now safe and functioning properly.

They are honest! That is the most important thing I can say. They will not misdiagnose your problem and will not charge you for anything you don't' need. They won't even try to sell you. If they make a recommendation of something you may need, they are quick to tell you that it is certainly not a sales pitch

I know you wouldn't want me to put parts that are out side of their expected life span on your door so we give you the option to remove the old worn out parts off of your door. if we don't offer then we actually are not allowing you what you deserve. Ashton(worker) was highly professional and proficient in the work that he performed while repairing my garage door. Everything that he told me was correct from start to finish, even the repair estimate and payment being taken off of the needed/required new garage door install. The sales girl that I spoke with in regards to the new door was very helpful and understanding while on the phone with me going back and forth between her and my wife for the new door estimate. They applied the work/payment done for repair to the new work for the new door install. They also gave me a new opener with the new door install. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs any work done on their garage door or opener, and I am a Realtor that is very picky about contractors.
