We are loyal to them. We've used them for 15 years at least and we've been very happy with the service and the products and so on. They were wonderful. It was the circuit breaker. They didn't even charge us a thing. They just flipped that switch and giggled at us and said, "Have a good day." It just happened to be on the guy's way home from work he said. They're just very nice, accommodating people.

It clearly did make it better. It was just the whole nine yards for the upstairs of our house, the whole unit. It was in the range of 4 to $5000.

All went great. turns out due to the bad storm, our breaker got tripped but all was restored and working properly. They walked me through what can sometimes happen in the event of a bad storm and let me know what to do. Tune-up went fine.

They maintain our two systems every six months. The last time they came they just did the regular maintenance. It is a small company. The same person calls for scheduling the appointments. Their responses are fast. My husband and I like it nice and cold in the summer time and they listened to what we wanted and made it happen. So two years ago they installed a new system downstairs in this house. They gave us our options, from low end to high end and we could choose the features we wanted. We ended up going for the high bred system where the heat is pumped. We don’t want it warm in winter but we want it cold in summer. It has made a huge difference I could not stand in the kitchen in the middle of the day before because it was hot but now I can. The technicians that come out each time are good. They give a window of arrival time and they are prompt. If we have a symptom where the service is down or something their response time is real quick. We are not people who like to live without air-conditioning. I am pretty positive about them; I like them and have recommended them to many people.

After a service call, they indicated that a new furnace was needed in my mother's house. I called them to give them the go ahead and to let them know that I would be responsible for payment. They indicated that they would take care of the work and contact me upon completion to arrange payment. I tried calling them several times, but the only contact number I had was a cell phone that wasn't answered and for which the message box was full. They did not call nor did they send an invoice till lmid December. When they did call, I asked them to send me an invoice, which I received in late December. Apparently I did not pay quick enough, so they began calling my 83 year old mother in early January and telling her they were coming out there to take her furnace away in the middle of a record cold snap in January if they didn't have payment by the end of the day.. They were paid by the end of the day, but the owner was quite rude.

They were on time to do the job. The quality of their work was good. I would use this company in the future. They were personable people. Their responsiveness in returning our phone calls was great!

They found the leak real fast and did a very efficient job fixing everything like new. They came out quickly after we called and they weren't here very long getting the job done. I like they job they did and it was worth the money.

The people at this location are very nice. They did show up on time as well. The units did start cooling better once they were serviced. I think they have good prices too.

North Point was great. They arrived on time and worked in a timely manner. They explained to me in full detail about what they inspected and what advise they had on the care for our heating and air systems. We joined a year program with them to service both air and heat and they scheduled appointments with us as promised.
