They were absolutely outstanding. They had taken their time and had done a superior installation job. The unit works perfectly, and we haven?t had to make any callbacks.

Tim and another man spent the entire day installing the system to replace the one in a closet on the back porch. They had to do a lot of creative fabrication to get the new system in place and the work was as neat as a pin. Also they cleaned up everything. There was a problem in hooking up the thermostat because our older home is on a slab and new electrical wire had to be run in order for the new system to operate as it was designed. Trying to avoid running wires outside, we asked Tim to work with our electrician, hoping to find a way to run the new wires inside the house. (Tim managed to hook up the new system on the old wires so we would have A/C until a solution could be found). Tim and the electrician met at the house and devised a plan. We had the electrician install the new wiring and Tim came back and installed the new thermostat. The system is working as designed and we are happy with it. We really appreciated Tim's attention to detail and follow-up. He was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him.

Neighbors does a great job. They are prompt and reliable, always here on time and they come quickly when I have called. I am very satisfied with them and their work and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a great yard service.

On the first hot weekend of the summer our A/C froze up and we lost air conditioning. On Saturday morning I called several of the larger HVAC repair companies and none could come to my house until Tuesday at the earliest. I called Tim Williams (owner) who said he could make it Saturday afternoon and then called and asked if I minded if he got to my house earlier. Tim checked the system and basically looked for the least expensive fixes before concluding that more expensive fixes were needed. It turned out that cleaning and new freon seem to have done the trick. All in all, Tim was fast, efficient, friendly, and sensitive to cost.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED TIMELY AND WITH MINIMUM INCONVENIENCE. WHEN A MINOR PROBLEM AROSE DURING INSTALLATION, AFTER HOURS, TIM RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY, REPAIRED THE PROBLEM, AND OFFERED TO REPAIR THE MINOR DAMAGE.
