The quote from M.S. Construction Services was in the same ballpark as the other company we interviewed. Mike is very responsive, professional, and explains exactly what he will do. He will communicate by phone, text or email. He and his helper worked together to find and fix all the squeaks in the floors where the new installation was to go. He relocated the TV cable for me and cut the boards to fit nicely around an uneven stone hearth. The sanding of the old floors resulted in a minimum of dust. I did not feel I had to wash everything we had left in the upper cabinets. The products he uses do not have a strong odor. The project did take a couple of days longer than estimated. It was not a big deal for us, but if you have a deadline, you can discuss with Mike beforehand. I am certain he will accommodate your needs.

I trust him very much and just gave him the keys and allowed him to work while we were out of town that weekend. It was perfect and the finish matched exactly. While his prices are not the cheapest, he knows what he's doing and I like the products he uses, the Bona products. I have recommended his services to quite a few people.

They are very professional. They fixed some squeaks that I didn't know we had in the floors. When they say dustless they really mean it. Our floors look better now than we bought the home.

do. Mike consistently over delivered throughout the process. He promptly
came to our home for an in house estimate and talked us through the
pros and cons of our flooring options. He advised us on style and
quality. When it was time to do the installation his team stayed on
schedule and got our new floors in place just as we had hoped for. When
we are ready to do any additional flooring work we will definitely be
calling MS Construction. Don't hesitate to meet with Mike.

All went as planned. Mike is a good guy. Everything he said he was going to do he did. Would recommend him to friends.

I bought a town home built in 1979 and the flooring needed to be updated: four rooms of carpeting were removed, one old parquet floor removed, and an engineered wood hallway/foyer removed and all replaced with #1 Select real hardwood floors on a slab. The owner of the company, Mike, spent a lot of time working with me to determine the wood type, stain color, and finish that would meet my needs--including my budget. Mike is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work and it shows; my floors look wonderful! The job was started and completed according to schedule and Mike was responsive prior to and throughout the work effort (took about a week). The 'dustless' system is really great--much better than years ago when you would sand floors and have a lot of dust around; it is worth it to use this type of 'dustless' equipment. I also had other renovations underway and Mike graciously worked with the drywall and electrical contractors to sync schedules as needed.
