DO NOT RECOMMEND We called this company for a washing machine that wasn't working. The tech came out and diagnosed the issue, charged us $300 and made the repair the same day. Ran the machine in test mode and assumed everything was working. We attempted to do laundry that night and the washer did the exact same thing as before they came. We called them out again, and it was about a week later they came back out and said it was another issue, another $400. We said no thank you, and decided to invest in a new machine at that point. I reached out to their office the same day via text message, no response. Reached out over the weekend, they said an office manager would call me Monday morning. Monday came and went, no call. Sent an email asking for follow up on Tuesday, obviously not getting a call back, I emailed my concerns. Paid $300, did not fix the issue. If the tech would have done a thorough diagnosis upfront and found both issues, we would have made an informed decision to invest in a new machine instead. The $300 part went to the dump with the non-working machine After a week and a half of sitting in my laundry room when this company would do nothing to help us.

Fast, excellent service. My initial call at 11:30am was answered by a recorded message that did not identify the company so I hung up. Within minutes Idan called me back. I explained the issue I was having with the washer. He immediately told me his suspicion of the problem. An in-person diagnosis was certainly needed to confirm my amateur description of the issue. His cohort Nelson was at the house by 2:30pm with the needed part, the drain pump, on the truck. Nelson was masked, courteous, and careful with my property. He handled the washer and surrounding spaces with care. Idan's was correct that the drain pump was plugged causing the washer to self-manage/shutdown to protect itself. Within an hour, Nelson had installed the new part and tested the washer with me to ensure it worked properly again. I thought the $30 trip charge plus the $49 diagnostic fee was reasonable as were the labor and part charge. Certainly much cheaper than buying a new washing machine. I would call them again if any of my appliances give me grief.

I called Mr.Fix because my washing machine was leaking water. They sent a repairman over the very next day to take a look. I live in an apartment and they had recently done work on the water pipes that had required them to turn off and turn on the water again to the entire building. The repairman, Idan, told me that there was nothing wrong with my machine. The water pressure in our apartment was too high and that was causing the water to overshoot the soap dispenser. He even showed me the issue. I wanted to vouch for the honesty an integrity of this company. I know nothing about washers and they could have told me anything they wanted and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, they were honest and truthful and let me know nothing was wrong with the machine. Excellent company! You can't go wrong calling them!

Was able to come the following day. Was happy with the service, responsiveness and repair went well. Labor cost seemed a bit high at $159 for about an hour labor to replace the idler pulley.

After calling several other appliance repair places (who said they could not come out for several days), I finally called Mr. Fix It and they said that they would have someone out that night. Emanuel came as promised, cut off the water and determined the problem. He then came the next day with the part and repaired the machined.

Loved this guy. Super-smart, understood the Bosch very well, got right to it, fixed it. Would definitely use again.

Until I got the bill, I was completely satisfied with Mr Fix Appliance Repair. My biggest issue with this company is the repair guy was only at my house, in my house, for a total of maybe 45 minutes. And I got charged with $300. $150 was for labor. 45 minutes now, and all he did was switching circuit boards and replaced a censor. I will only use them again if I absolutely have to.

Idan arrived within about 1.5 hours from when I called and he tested the machine. I believe he said it was the fan motor that had gone bad. He found an original replacement motor and installed it the same day and then put everything back together. The dryer worked again after that. He worked alone and was very quick. I called him again this week because my refrigerator stopped working. He again showed up the same day and determined that all it needed was to re-boot the electronics. He was here for a few minutes and the fridge has been good and cold for 2 days since he left.
