This is probably the nicest Maaco I've seen -  a clean, bright, and pleasant place in a convenient location.  Lynn provided great customer service!   They did an excellent job and even touched up a tiny scrape in the driver's door without charging extra.  I would definitely use them again for any future car accident repairs.  Highly recommend!

The two people who I interacted with were  Lynn and Tony. Lynn was super professional and efficient. She was excellent over the phone and got me into the facility for a quote. I received the quote in no time and understood my needs of not investing too much money in fixing the car. I really felt that she tried her best to make the best economical decisions about the car fix. I also was not pressured to go with them. 
I then decided to go with MAACO. I came to drop the car off. Tony was kind enough to check everything over one last time including the quote, the car, etc. Once everything was confirmed he called the rental car facility to be picked up. Once I was picked up, he called the rental car center to ensure I reached there. Its the little things that count and Tony does the little things right. I'd be totally comfortable sending any of my family members here knowing there are people like Tony working there. He even noted that the paint had come off in an area that wasn't included in the accident. He offered to buff that area at no extra cost. 
Finally the car got fixed to my utmost satisfaction and on time. The pricing was great and despite the economical price the quality of the work did not suffer. I felt that the quality of the work was excellent - it surpassed my expectation. I will comeback to MAACO again - especially knowing that somebody like Lynn and Tony could be taking care of your car and you!

The end work performed was "okay".   There were a number of items overlooked, which required going back 3 times to correct.   The painting took over 1 month and when we were asked for a status we were deliberately mislead.  We ended up having to borrow and rent cars due to the delays and miscommunication.    Then when we picked up the car we found out it is over $1,000 more than originally quoted -- again no communication on the increased fee!!!! Really unprofessional.

I have a sliding steel gate that caused the damage on the car. I chose them because they were located in the area and they were recommended by other locations who could not do the work on my car. The woman who did the inspection for the estimate was very knowledgeable. Everyone I dealt with within the company was excellent, very helpful, and explained things well. The work was all covered under my insurance and I had no costs out of pocket. I took my car in over the weekend and it was finished in three or four days. The final cost even came in under the estimate and it included my deductible. They did a beautiful job on the work!

I've been using them for a number of years because they do a good job and are reasonably priced. I've used them four times in the past ten years. They're very thorough, reliable and price-wise they're very good too. They do a good job. They are thorough about their diagnosis and what the problem is and they do a good job repairing it. Price-wise they're competitive.

THE WORK WAS EVENTUALLY DONE OK, BUT CERTAIN THINGS NEEDED TO BE DONE AGAIN IN ORDER TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY WERE WILLING TO FIX WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THEY JUST SEEMED LIKE THEY WOULD TRY TO DO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF WORK & SEE IF YOU WERE WILLING TO TAKE IT BACK. IF YOU TALK TO THEM BEFORE HAND ABOUT DOING THE JOB RIGHT, YOU MIGHT GET A BETTER CAR BACK THE FIRST TIME AROUND.

TONY AT MAACO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL. VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB.

SERVICE WAS COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY, BUT NOT ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT, BUT MAACO WAS NOT WILLING TO WORK WITHIN OUR TIME FRAME. THE WORK TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED.
