Mark, Kieran and their guys did a fantastic job finishing our basement. They had great ideas that we had not thought of, they completed the work on time and within the budget and they were super easy to work with and each of their sub contractors were very professional and respectful our our home. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation if you are considering them to do any remodeling or basement finishing. Two thumbs up!

We used Keystone to completely gut and renovate a large master bathroom which they told us would be a 4-5 week project.  As things started progressing, we saw countless mistakes made by Keystone.  They didn't level the floors, didn't square walls before putting down tile which made uneven lines, tile work was sloppy, and didn't place the tub were we asked.  Additionally, the painter for the walls they use it awful!  The only good part about this company is the painter for the cabinets.  He is hard working and will come back until the customer is happy and is honest and responsive.  His job is made more challenging though due to the low quality wood that Keystone uses.  The most upsetting this about Keystone though is the owner.  He screamed in my face until I was threatened and shaking with fear and had to ask him to back up.  He stormed out of my house and has never fully completed the job.  The Keystone crew left a large stain on our carpet and refuses to fix it.  I would stay FAR away from this company.  Lastly, our project took over 9 weeks to complete.

We had excellent results.  Their design, contracting, follow-up, quality of work and meeting the expectation were outstanding.  They can provide vision, they estimate correctly and they met our expectation at every step.  I can’t say that about any other contractor.
