There remain two unresolved issues. 1. Unsatisfactory paint and sheet rock work in a handful of areas. 2. One of his crews members accidentally spilled a large amount of paint in a carpeted room. Derrick offered to pay for replacement carpet, and I hired a carpet installer on his word. Since then, he has stopped returning my calls and text messages. So to sum it up, I am out $324 and need to hire another painter to fix his inferior work.
