"Member was not present for the inspection. This house had been previously foreclosed/abandoned, the floor was covered with new carpet and in a dead corner created by the front bay and the garage. The area directly outside was noted for leakage from the gutter above and a photo was included. No signs of moisture or other damage were apparent - inside and out. Member did have a representative at the inspection and all questions and concerns were addressed. I have performed nearly 7000 Home Inspections in Atlanta since the 1996 Olympics and have never had a recall."
