They were very disappointed because we bought a leather sofa for them because they have the 100% guarantee on their leather and then when we had it, they had a guy come out because the leather started peeling and said it was our fault and they wouldn't replace it. We won't bother buy a sofa here if it wasn't a 100% covered but it has to be under there 100% covered. I will never buy from them again, unfortunately. I did like their selection of sofas. Their costumer service was horrendous and then I had a laugh, they did fixed a cut in it like there was some sort of slit in it which we know we didn't cause but they sort of fixed it, they send us the leather cover to go over the cushion but it's sewed on and the one that send us, we had to un-sew it and they want us to put it on ourselves. There is no way for us to use it unless we take to a re-upholster and pay someone to take it apart and put the new piece on and we can insert back on. That's more money in the pocket. The interesting thing was we've actually considered buying another sofa from them until we had the interaction with the leather sofa. I just felt they should say 100% guaranteed when there's not 1. I love the sofa, they're very comfortable and I was just hoping it will last. We actually still have it in the basement but you vacuumed all time, the leather is all peeling off. I think we just had a bad bath and they weren't willing to stick to their ends and they felt it's all our fault. The price was good. Delivery-wise they were good. Me and my friends will never use them.
