I purchased a 55" flat screen, Tivo PremierHD, new A/V receiver with 5.1 surround sound speakers, PS3, & Wii Fit. Contacted Jesse and scheduled a pre-installation assessment to get a firm fixed price the installation. I have a den with fireplace which is entirely covered in judges paneling so I was concerned the installation was professionally done. While I am not a technology novice (I'm an electrical engineer), Jesse pointed out a number of things and made some excellent suggestions with respect to the installation. He said he would get back to me with a quote in 24 hours. After I received the quote, we scheduled the install to occur the following Fri afternoon. Jesse and his assistant showed up on time and went right to work. They not only completed the installation quickly and correctly but completely cleaned up the area after they were done. I supplied all cabling so I only paid for the mounting bracket & labor. I had a friend come in to help me run the surround sound at the same time Jesse was working. Jesse gave me the correct cable for my sub-woofer (I was going to use speaker wires) for free! He also helped set up the surround sound and checked all the other component interconnections. He was prompt, professional, and very competent. I would use him again for anything he said he was capable of doing.
