It has been a nightmare. The project should have been completed in 3 weeks, tops. It has now been four months, and nothing is working as promised. First, they don't seem to have the technical mastery required. They continually have technical issues which take weeks or months to resolve. Second, they almost never meet appointment commitments. I have a long list of promised times and missed commitments. When a morning appearance is promised, they either don't show up at all, or show up late in the afternoon. Third, it is almost impossible to get them to communicate with you. You rarely ever get a live person on the phone, you leave repeated messages, and you still almost never get a call back. I also have proof that they avoid your calls. When you do finally reach someone, you get another promise which is highly unlikely to be kept. I am now looking for another contractor, and will probably wind up in some sort of legal situation with Homelink, as they ask for payment in advance. Again, they are pleasant on a personal basis, and will address other issues you have when they are here, but getting them here and getting the original project completed has turned out to be impossible. I would not hire them again.

They resolved the problems to my satisfaction, but it still took far too long. I would use them again under very specific circumstances!
