They're very helpful. They seem like they know a lot about the products that I'm looking to purchase.

My experience with them has been great.  I always find what I am looking for.  There is not always somebody around.  If there is someone, they help me immediately.  They can improve on increasing the number of staff.  Their price is not bad.  Their professionalism is very good.

Installed Genie 900-1/2 power lift, louder than expected sound wise, told that how it supposed to be job done and finished as I was told, clean up was great (not much) showed how to operate opener.  The only concern was how loud the door sounded compared to old one, 21-year-old Stanley.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and responsive. I go to this location fairly often, as they have always been very helpful.  I look forward to going back soon!

They were very helpful with the measurements. The people there help you with your orders. I would use them in the future.  

Home Depot was absolutely magnificent at working with us to price a new carpet. Yvonne the sales lady at the Roswell, GA Home Depot is a fantastic person to work with. She helped me pick a carpet based on what I needed. She scheduled the measurement and did a great job following up. Not too much and not too little. Just enough to let me know that they wanted my business and were willing to work with us. We ended cleaning our carpets but if we decide to replace I would definitely consider using them.

We purchased the water heater from Home Depot. We scheduled the appointment to have it installed installation. The contractor that did the work did a wonderful job. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very careful and thorough when they installed the water heater. They were very neat as well. There price was right in line with everyone else. We were very pleased and I would use them again.

The carpet is a good quality, it is durable, and the price is outstanding.

Plusses: knowledgeable staff, esp. in the Remodeling dept. (Mark, Shallowford Rd.), decent prices, good range of options (expensive to cheap, different types/models), available instantly or on short notice (5 days). Minuses: door came off $800 vanity after 3 months, plumber said their in-store quality is not the same as for regular name-brand products. Except for the vanity we were pleased.

I am totally shocked at Home Depot. We called to get an estimate for rebuilding our deck. Their contractor is Arcadeck. A Steve Sharpe came to house for the estimate. This was to be our third and last estimate. The first two contractors agreed that our 20 year old joists and columns were in very good condition and that we did not have to replace them. We told Mr. Sharpe to base his estimate on just replacing the deck surface. He immediately, without even seeing the deck became very indignant. His immediate words were, "I would never think of doing a project on 20 year old lumber. I am sorry we wasted each others time." He packed up the samples he was going to show us and left immediately. He could not have been in the house more than 15 minutes. The next day I called up Home Depot and reported the incident and asked if they had another contractor who was less insulting. They said that Arcadeck is their only contractor for decks. End of phone call and not even an apology. We have a very large deck. The project is in the $25,000 range. We have selected a contractor and will report to Angies List on that experience when we complete the project.

Removed the old carpet and put in new carpet in my upstairs and my stairs. There was a problem with the carpet that did not get discovered tell it got laid and there where inspectors sent out and it was the carpet company. They were sent a new roll of carpet this happened for three time before they got the good carpet and removed the new old carpet and were able to finally after 3 months put in the new carpet with no flaws. They were always on time and keep me informed the hole time.

They experienced and they knew what they were doing. They made sure all the seams matched up. Overall, we were very satisfied with this company and we would recommend them.

The Home Depot had the best price. I bought the appliances and was told that the soonest delivery date was in 10 days. I would recommend that you ask for the delivery date upfront. The delivery service was provided by GE and was HORRIBLE! Three guys arrived and unpacked the machines on the street and strapped them to a dolly. They proceeded down my rock stairs bouncing the machine all around instead of walking the longer smooth path that I directed them to take. Also, I don't think they knew how to install the machines beyond plugging them into the wall. One guy was fumbling around with the vent hose for about 20 minutes before he finally said he was done. Glad to get them out of my house, I checked the machines and the vent hose fell off the dryer with a slight touch and the pipe and vent to the outside was pulled out of the wall destroying the weather seal. Huge headache, but I have learned to watch service people every second like small children so they don't break anything.

I called Home Depot Roswell based on your ratings. I was greeted on the phone by someone who could only send an email about my request to speak to someone. I have never been called as of yet. It has been 3 weeks.

We had a little bit of a difficult time with the sales person who was determined she knew better than we about getting glass front doors and having children in the house. Fortunately, to do cabinet refacing all you need is the card of the contact for this area and you don't have to deal with the in-store person. The woman who came out to measure and present samples was extremely professional. She arranged her visit completely around my schedule and showed up on time. The custom doors were cut and ready within a couple of weeks. The guy who came to install them went above and beyond. He installed anti-slam devices and also installed the handles we had already purchased elsewhere.

The carpet sales people were very helpful in the ordering process. Installation was scheduled within two weeks on special order carpet. The workers showed up on time and got the job done in a few short hours. It is perfect. They cleaned up and left not a spot of anything anywhere, including sweeping up my front porch, front walk and driveway of all carpet fibers.

WORK WAS NOT DONE SATISFACTORILY. KEPT GETTING BUMPS IN CARPET, NOT STRETCHED PROPERLY

SHE HAD WANTED IT ONE WAY AND, WHEN FINISHED, SHE REALIZED SHE WANTED IT DONE ANOTHER WAY. IN THE PROCESS, THEY DAMAGED A SWITCH IN THE GARAGE, BUT WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO REPLACE IT AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT, SO SHE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.

THEY WERE, I WAS PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT.

THEY WERE OVERALL GOOD, BUT NOT THE CHEAPEST. THEY MET THEIR SCHEDULES.
