Great communication from Eric all along, as well as wise advice in certain situations. Stayed within the time frame and budget of our project.

Eric did a full kitchen remodel and downstairs flooring and later did a fireplace replacement/stone surround and shiplap project and both went very well. Eric was extremely helpful from the planning/shopping stage to overseeing all the work that was required. His crew was wonderful and took great care in the work. We are overjoyed with both our new kitchen and floors and fireplace and are planning on using Eric for our upcoming bathroom projects.

The thing I appreciate the most about Eric is how much he cares about the quality of work as well as making sure we were happy with the outcome. Heâ was deeply involved in our large project and is aware of all the details at all times. His diligence and willingness to overlook our full house remodel project, dramatically lowered the stress we felt throughout . In the end, we are delighted with our home and it was delivered to us 3 weeks ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Eric and his crew.

Eric is very knowledgeable and provide a lot great advice to the renovation. He also really listen to our needs and go extra miles to help us achieve our design in mind.

We had to replace our deck and siding due to damage.. Eric did a great job working through supply challenges, tracking budget and working as efficiently as possible. He stays in close contact and is always working to ensure the project meets your needs. I would definitely recommend them.

Replaced beams and railings on a dual-level deck. Material costs were escalating and Eric shopped to keep costs within budget before work began. Very involved as on the job site every day to ensure the quality of the work. Job completed on time and within budget. Very pleased with the results and have given his name to 3 people who inquired who did the job based on how good it looked when the job was completed

Excellent job engineering a solution to a problem with water leaking through a deck and porch. Once diagnosed, the solution was implemented carefully over a few days, which was quick given the amount of work required. Quality of the work was top notch. Everyone on the crew was very friendly and informative. Price was extremely reasonable. Overall a good experience dealing with a nagging problem.

They did a great job.

I paid Realscapes $73,500 out of a $123,600 contract, and they only did about 35% of the work. The amount of money I paid did not reflect the amount of work I should have had done. When they asked for more money I refused, and they refused to come back. They asked for more money, even after failing inspection. When I refused, they refused to come back. They also made mistakes and caused water damage to my existing house and refused to take responsibility for it. Do not hire this company. They will lie and rip you off. I plan on taking legal action.

Easily the worst contractor I have ever used. Some of the work looked like a child did it. They ruined a brand new vanity, ruined a brand new window, climbed on our appliances with dirty boots, left garbage all over our house, left our doors unlocked, broke our garage door opener, and I could go on. The work was mostly bad. One new window has caulk all over it, gaps in the framing with cold air pouring through it. Frames and walls were crooked and unfiished. They used bad materials. The new siding had gaps. They installed items incorrectly. Some of the work they just did not do at all. The list of issues is too long to list here. The project was supposed to take 4 weeks and it ended up taking four months. We had to beg over and over for them to fix and finish things. They would say they were done but when we walked through most of the items were not finished. Communication is horrible and they are very rude. They lie to try and cover things up. They made my daughter feel very uncomforatable. After all of this they threatened to put a lein on my house when I insisted that they fix the issues and the damage or provide a credit for these items. A real stressful horror show.

Best value of the three estimates I received.

GC - Eric very consciousness and accommodating. Will do whatever is needed to keep customer satisfied. Not the cheapest but its worth have the quality and caring. They will not leave you holding the bag! Finished the work on time. Responded to all of my concerns and needs.

Alex Cruz came to repair my casement window one day after I contacted Service Magic. It is a very small job, but Alex treated it as an important job (which it is for me, but not for other contractors). In addition to personal integrity, Alex has much experience and knowledge and offers a large variety of contracting services. He charged a very fair price for the work. I recommend him highly.

Always on time and they work well with our budget. We've been acquainted with RealScapes, LLC now for over 8 years. We respect the most that they are clean, great with communication (we have a great many elderly clientele) and time management (keeping appointments).
