Home Appreciators was with us from the very start of our home search. They went with us to look at homes (Stacy Carter is a licensed Realtor) and helped us understand what it would cost to take a very outdated house and make it into what we wanted. They gave us detailed estimates and planning advice. They started the work on the day we closed and within six weeks had re-done three bathrooms (one was ripped down to the studs and completely remodeled), the entire kitchen, refinished floors and a bunch of drywall work. Throughout the process, they gave us good advice and helped us use our money well. They had a lot of great advice about cost-effective materials and approaches - no snobbery here. They have a great team of professionals who do high quality work and are very respectful of your house. It was a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with how it turned out. One thing I appreciated was their punch list process. Very few loose ends -- no nagging about getting stuff done months after the start date.
