Bill Duty gave me the best quote of 5 that I received. He and his crew did a great job on my house. I will use them again.

Once he gets your money he does not respond as quickly as he did initially. My roof was repaired instead of replaced. Heavy rain is causing leaks at my carport, in my laundry room, and coming into my bathroom. I have taken Mr. Duty to court, where he laid on the charm with the mediator about being in the business for over twenty years and wanting to take care of his customers. Mr. Duty did not come through to access the damages. We were scheduled back in court where Mr. Duty was a no show. I have two years left on my warranty. Mr. Duty has not put forth any effort to work with me to resolve my issue. When it rains I position buckets to catch where leaks are. My home has mold. I have a family that includes grandchildren which he met. He does not care about us or standing by the insufficient work I am sure he instructed his contractor to do to cut corners. So I am left to figure out how to get roof stabilized and rid property of mold. I would not recommend Gutter Solutions or Bill Duty to do any roof repair or replace it.

Bill was a pleasure to work with--honest, candid, and professional. His staff were incredible--very personable and professional. The gutter replacement, pressure washing, trim repair and house painting jobs were all done well at very fair prices and in timely fashion. I'm looking forward to working with Bill on future projects.

Bill was responsive and made time immediately to come out and take a look at the small job I needed done before I could list my home for sale. He was able to replace a seamless gutter & downspout in the front of my garage the very next day for a fair price. He appreciated that I needed the job done quick and made it happen.

Bill is Great , breath of fresh air from days bygone when a hand shake was all that was needed to seal a deal and know you were going to be taken care of on all sides. My only issue is I wish he would surround himself with like subcontractors, they leave a little to be desired, however once Bill is made aware the job lacking he immedately corrects it and it Is done completed beyond your satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this mans business and stand by him. We need more Bill Duties in this world helping families trying to maintain homes and keeping families intact. Love you Bill. Very professional and organized company, and the president keeps you apprised of the work and time schedule. I have their number for future projects -they don't do just gutters.

The work was done in a day and a half.. The roof looks amazing...!!! The owner was friendly and kind. Worker didn't put things back that they moved or used.

Reasonable, honest, reliable

I installed new gutters but the facing under the gutters had to be repaired first.

Gutters and every thing else were done well.

Mr Bill Duty called me within 5 minutes (!) after I submitted my request and that afternoon he came out and gave a very reasonable estimate. I had a gutter replaced and a few vinyl siding repairs. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Bill Duty oversaw the work and was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Yes Bill is a excellent communicator however as the president of Home Solutions he should do a better job selecting his sub contractors. I had contracted Home Solutions to complete a replacement of gutters, garage doors and windows. The products used were very good however the work product to complete the job on the windows and gutters were sub par. The gutter installment caused damage to our kitchen ceiling and the installations of the windows was not a solid work product. Mr Duty choice to stand by his sub contractors and failed to listen to the customer concerns and finally went silent once it was established by his own sub contractor that the cause of the water damage was the failure to install the gutters properly. If any one has interest in contracting Home Solutions just remember that the General Contractor is only as good as the contractors performing the work. He failed his responsibilities by not correcting and ignoring the customers concerns. Think twice before contracting with Home Solutions.

Gutters were installed in a timely fashion and done well!Bill Dutywas very friendly and personable and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

They replaced flashing around 2 skylights. So far so good. No leaks.

Mr. Duty arrived to assess the job and provide a estimate of cost ... within 15 minutes ( ! ) of the initial phone contact . Several days ensued before the work could be completed , hampered by their schedule & the weather ---( phone calls would have been appreciated to help us avoid just sitting and waiting at home when repeated time windows could not be met ! ) Otherwise, the work was well done and right on estimate --- would enthusiastically refer them to others .
