1st of all a Zero Star. ...Was referred to this company by a friend that said Joseph (owner) did her work. He did the estimate. I expected him to do the job instead a different person showed up who could not speak or understand English. Took 3 days to install 540sqft long bamboo wood planks. His worker used Paint thinner to clean my brand new $1700 bamboo floor, which ruined the clear sheen off of my floor leaving it dull with a white film ontop. He was supposed to come to view and fix all of the damages that was left including the Scratches his worker tried to hide by coloring in with a black sharpie and uneven planks, qrtr. round nailed with too big nails that came back out of the wood and into the hardwood floor adding more damages, scratches etc., trim around fireplace was cut and attached wrong with damages split to the wood from the too big nails(see pics of damages around fireplace) qrtr round that was not attached to the wall correctly, gauges in wood and door trims that were cut too short with brown stains on the bottom of the trim from the dull saw blade. He was supposed to come back to repair after 3 weeks of him never showing back up the floor buckled so I called him again. He blamed me and said it was my fault that the floor buckled. After removing the qrtr round I discovered that his worker never left an expansion gap along the wall which caused pressured to lift my floor. He sent the same guy back to cut out the expansion gap along the wall (see guy in pic cutting out the extra wood from the wall) to release the pressure and the floor still will not go down. He offered to drill holes in the plank to add more glue to hold it down. Why would anyone want holes drilled into their new floor. I have applied heavy weight for a week and the floor is still buckling. My floor is damaged and needs to be replaced. I paid this guy 80% of what he charged thinking he would come back to fix the damages and complete the job and after 3 weeks of no show then the floor buckled. GLENNI Floors installed my floor without and expansion gap along the wall causing my floor buckle. I should have never paid him a dime. Now my number is blocked. This is very bad business.
