Not good. My recourse is in the legal system and as much as I'd like to get the promised refund and see them get the end of the stick that they deserve I'm not sure it's worth the time, added expense, and agravation. Don't do business with this company-period!!!!!

Company offered a rate a full quarter point less than competitors. Fees on Good Faith Estimate comparable to competitors. At closing, $420 in new broker fees magically appeared. Mortgage broker's explanation was that it was a clerical error they caught at the last minute. However, they never notified me. This felt very shady. I think it's more likely this company makes a practice of this and that most people don't notice because closing on a house is so complex with so much paperwork. Check them out on Better Business Bureau as well. They haven't bothered to respond to half a dozen complaints.
