Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job at my home. We had an LVP installation as well as an engineered hardwood installation. Everything about the process was explained clearly, the crews that executed on the work were thorough, polite and kept us in the loop during the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend Floor Coverings International for any work being considered

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International if you are looking for a company to install a kitchen backsplash. They were helpful in scheduling my install and able to complete the job in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. The install crew did meticulous work (completed in one day) and I was most impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Bob Cool in making sure I was satisfied with the results after the job was completed. They will definitely get my business for any future tile work needs at my home.

The installation went very well from: the start of picking out carpeting, to preparing for the installlation, the acutal installation had very knowlegeable workers install the carpet beautifully and the final inspection. We are very pleased overall!!

Floor Coverings Intl and Bob were great. Very knowledgable about carpets and flooring products and very competitive on pricing. The team did a good job with the install - about as quick and efficient as a large basement flooring job could be. We'll definitely use them again for our upstairs carpet replacement planned for later this year.

This is a class A company and I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. They finished 3 bedrooms, a hallway, 3 closets and 2 bathrooms in 3 days and my floors look amazing! They showed up on time, were professional and courteous. In other words, they were excellent!!

Bob and his crew did a wonderful job of replacing the carpet in two large rooms with beautiful hardwoods. The crew was prompt each day and completed the project in record time. Bob Cool, the owner of Floor Coverings International-Alpharetta provided the best service we could have imagined. Our hardwoods were in terrible shape due to our 2 large dogs, and we didn't think it was possible to repair and refinish them. To our surprise, Bob said it could be done, and they did it. Our floors were unrecognizable when they finished. We also had them replace all carpeting in the house in preparation for putting it on the market. All of the work was perfectly done and on time. Bob was wonderful to work with. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and maintains contact with his customers. Our house was under contract within a week after going on the market. I believe that Bob and his team were responsible for this. We highly recommend Bob and his team for any flooring projects you need to have done.

I had a unique situation in that I had some water damage in my finished basement ruining a section of laminate flooring. I could not find more of the product and wanted to see if the matching laminate flooring in an adjoining bedroom could be used to repair the section. Bob Cool came out and felt it could most likely be done and I ordered carpet to then go into the bedroom. The work was done very quickly thereafter. The repaired section of laminate flooring is indistinguishable from the rest of the flooring and the newly carpeted bedroom looks wonderful as well. The installers were very professional and left everything looking great. I also feel the pricing was very reasonable. All in all a great experience.

We replaced nearly all of the flooring in our house through Floor Coverings International. The quality of all flooring materials is excellent, and each installation - hardwood, tile, and carpet - was exceptional. We are very pleased with the results. We are especially pleased with our new brick-look tile in our kitchen!

First class service, from start to finish. They cleaned up meticulously and paid attention to all the details. Good job with communication, too. You pay a little more, but it is worth it.

I would definitely recommend this company for carpeting purchase and install. They are knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Bob was VERY accommodating to our schedule for the quote, install, and final walk through. He showed up on time every time, right to the minute. He didn't try to upsell us or use high pressure sales tactics. Instead, he helped us choose the right materials for our taste and budget, when we were ready. You won't go wrong if you hire them.

On time for estimate, quick response on estimate, great options/choices, quick to schedule the work to accommodate my schedule, NO PUNCH LIST...the carpet install was right the first time and looked great!

The installers did an efficient and excellent job. Not only was the installation well done, they also cleaned up after themselves beautifully. No trash, carpet fibers (they vacuumed), or debris was left at our home. You wouldn't have known they had been at the house at all after they were finished with the job. The owner, Ed Shriner, also followed up after the installation to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Great service!

It was a really good experience, the best I've had in the service industry, and I work in the service industry as well. The individual that I worked with there was incredibly responsive. He came out to the house, brought his samples for us, made it as easy as possible. His price was more than fair. The work was done in a very professional manner. He used several different subcontractors, all of them were very professional. They did a good job with no complaints whatsoever. He has also recommended several other vendors for me to use for either work outside his scope of expertise. He is above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned. Ed Shrinier is his name and I recommend him to everybody I meet that needs floors. I would certainly use him again.

Dealing with the owner of the company, Ed, was a real pleasure.  He was overly patient during the carpet selection process.  I thought I wanted one type of carpet and ended up changing to something different.  This resulted in several carpet swatch orders before I actually chose something to order.  The carpet arrived on schedule and I was able to get the installation date I wanted.  The crew arrived on time and completed the work earlier than estimated.  The work was not rushed and the crew foreman took time making sure the job was done correctly.  After the carpet was installed, there were no puckered areas around door jambs - unlike the last carpet job we'd had done in another house with a different company.  The walls in the rooms where the carpet was put in had recently been painted and the crew took care not to damage the walls which we greatly appreciated.  
The carpet we replaced was very nice and in great condition (just not my color) so we were able to sell it to someone.  I asked for the carpet to be cut up as large as possible so that the buyer would not end up with 4' wide strips of carpet.  The crew didn't make any cuts at all - they pulled up the existing carpet as it had been laid and placed in the garage.  They even took time to unfold the rolls and re-roll so there would not be creases in it for my buyer.  
 The new carpet looks and feels amazing!  The price for the job was very competitive and the fact that the work was done on time, correctly and our property was respected during the process made this the BEST carpet buying/installation experience we've ever had!!!  We hope to have the company install hardwoods when our budget allows for more flooring work.  I would recommend Floor Coverings International in Alpharetta to anyone - including extremely particular customers like myself!

Very professional!  On initial meeting I was presented with a very nice brochure that included company history, references, and even insurance information.  I have to say this was the first time that I was given all of this information up-front without having to ask for it.  Love it !  The company worked with me on install date so that I could have everything done early in December so we had new carpet by Christmas.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in putting new flooring in their home.

Floor Coverings International did a great job.  The owner Ed Shriner came out and met with us, showed us a a number of different options and worked within our timeline and budget.  We liked the selection, the price was very fair and we trusted Ed and his team to deliver a high quality job.
