Fast Fix Window Repair and Installation

I was going to skip reviewing this company but I just got a text at 11:58 pm from this company basically cursing me out with expletives. Here's what happened with them: I basically just got burned by this company. After paying a deposit and being promised my window could be repaired in a week(well in time for the closing of my home) they basically became non responsive after the install date passed. They routinely ignored my calls , put me on hold until the line hung up, claimed an install was going to happen only to eventually claim the window had been broken days earlier. Finally after a last big promise to follow up with me within an hour - they never called back. When I called, my calls were repeatedly pushed directly to voicemail. When I asked someone to call for me from a different number - they picked up. I cut my losses , filed a dispute and moved on. Ironically they finally called immediately after I filed a dispute. They tried to claim that they actually had 30 days to deliver and that my window was somehow ready. I never signed anything agreeing to an installation within 30 days. The owner then claimed that he would file a complaint against me for disputing the non delivered service. And I quote - the owner actually told me " So you filed a dispute? That's stupid - now you won't have a window". I only went with this company because they claimed to be able to do things quickly. They are not quick, not professional, and ultimately not the kind of company that actually delivers. I'll also add - just google their BBB reviews. I wish I had because other people have posted very similar scenarios. Beware of this company! Final Note: the total cost would have been maybe 350 $ or so but we paid $150 up front and that was the amount we ended up disputing.

They took out broken parts and good parts from existing windows and assured me they could locate the correct replacement parts. Long story but the short version is they lost the parts to my windows and stop returning my phone calls or text messages requesting their help returning my stuff! I would not recommend this firm to anyone!

Horrible. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.
