Express Oil Change

My 2013 vehicle needed an oil change. They provided a few options, with price differences due to using an oil blend or not. Was not pushy and explained well when asked some questions. Very polite and efficient. At time of paying them, I had received $5 off for being a new customer. In the waiting room, a long-time resident of the area, said that he used their service a lot and found them to be trustworthy. I will definitely return.

Express Oil Change's price was reasonable. I was pleased. I had a good experience with them. Everything was fine.

I was meeting my daughter for lunch so we dropped off my vehicle for an oil change. I asked for them to please call me when it was complete. Within 10 minutes of leaving I had a phone call from the manager stating the oil was changed. He stated I really could use a new air filter and also mentioned the cabin air filter. When asked what the difference was he was very knowledgable and told me the 2nd one could wait but really would recommend the regular filter be changed. It was the first time I felt like I was not being pressured to have all these services completed. I had him change everything and asked how much longer it would take. He stated it would be ready in another 10 minutes. I, of course, was eating lunch and told him I didn't need to be back that quickly.When I returned my car was ready and took only minutes to pay and leave.

These guys are real professional and friendly. Like most oil change places, they do try to get you to do some additional service, but they are polite and not too pushy. I keep track of all my routine maintenance and they usually ask to do something that actually needs getting done.
