Exotic Wood Floors

I ended up having to fire the company because of the horrible job they have done to my floors. The money I spent was only because they require half up front. At this point I will have to replace my banister and newel post on my stairs because they gouged it so deep no one is willing to try to fix them. My stair will have to be completely resanded and refinished again, because the finish is so bad it would catch your socks trying to go up and down the stairs. They ruined one of my door thresholds by running the sanding machine over it and gougeing. On top of all that I found a spot in my kitchen that is about 1 foot square with no stain at all and behind my refrigerator now I have completely raw wood (no stain, no sealer, nothing). When I look at my floor now I just want to rip up the whole thing and start over.
