I have used 2 other window companies in the past. Both companies were high end window companies. The service for both was horrible. With this house I researched many options and asked friends for recommendations. I got glowing recommendations for energy one Windows. They did not disappoint us. Their work and product exceeded our expectations. Their salesperson was professional and knowledgeable. The installer was not subcontracted but works exclusively for energy one. They were on time, professional, courteous,clean and fast. Everything the salesman promised was delivered. The windows are the most beautiful that I have ever seen. I will use them again. If you want a job done welll that exceeds expectations, this is the company to use!

We were approached by a marketing individual who was referred to us by one of our neighbors. She explained their pitch of deep discounts if we participate in their marketing program so I agreed to have one of the sales reps come out to hear what they had to offer and get a price. We had previously priced out windows through Renewal by Anderson($50K+) and Home Depot($25K) so the price quoted was below and tempting. I was somewhat concerned about doing business with a company that did not have an extensive track record but windows were high on my priority list as we have no intentions to move. This appointment was followed up with another appointment when Jeff came out to measure and several weeks later we were told the windows were in.

The crew started showing up at about 8AM on Friday March 25th. The demo and removal went well as did the installation of all 34 windows. The crew WITH an hour break for lunch were done by about 530PM which was nothing short of remarkable.

Our only concern was that we were told that we would be able to use all our blinds but when the install was done, the blinds which were all removed by one of the crew, would not fit back up via the old way of an inside mount. It took me awhile to figure out a new installation process which now has them mounted outside the frame but that approach worked well.

Overall, after some initial skepticism, my wife and I are very pleased with the entire process and the finished product. We are looking forward to many years of enjoying the aesthetic and financial benefits of our new windows.

We were very happy with our experience with Energy One.  They came out at at time that was convenient for us to present their products.  We were impressed with the quality of the new windows and appreciate that they were manufactured in the US.   They measured our existing window openings and ordered our windows.  The windows were manufactured and arrived within the stated time frame of 4-6 weeks.   We received a call that the windows were in and they were able to come out the next day to install.  The team that came out worked quickly and was able to complete the job by the day.  We chose to keep our old windows and they stacked them up in the driveway for us.  I recommend them and I do plan on using them again for future window replacement.

For the original installation date, the contractor and work crew showed up on time and completed the work within the timeframe specified. Installation was of high quality and the job site (my house) was left clean and free of any post construction debris.
There was one issue where the windows for the front of my house had been ordered and delivered with the wrong grid configuration. Two additional sashes also arrived at the job site cracked and had to be replaced. EnergyOne was quick to get the replacement windows/sashes for all of these windows orders and re-installed. In the end the company was fast to make it right. Chalk it up to one of those thing that happens. The communication and responsiveness throughout the process was unbeatable.

We almost didn't agree to hear about Energy One windows because of a recent 3 hour nightmare sales pitch by another company. But from the moment Jeff stepped inside our home, we knew Energy One was a different kind of company.  Jeff was very knowledgeable and the presentation was low pressure.  New windows are a big deal.  So when we second guessed the trim color, Jeff came back to show us all of the choices again and helped us choose the best match (in the daylight this time).  Installation manager Jeff promptly came out to take exact measurements.  The windows then came in 2 weeks earlier than promised.  I can't say enough nice things about the crew of installers.  Fast, courteous, neat, professional.  Getting the old windows out and the new windows in took no time at all.  The tedious part was what they had to do to custom fit the trim around each window.  It still took just one day to complete 28 windows.  There was not a single scrap of old window left behind.  And the new windows were sparkling clean when the crew drove away.  It's definitely quieter in our house now.  But the most noticeable differences are no more drafts, no more condensation, and no more painted shut windows.  The new windows are easy to use and clean.   I can't wait to see the energy savings, both winter and summer.  We would definitely recommend Energy One Windows!

This company is a pleasure to deal with every step of the way.  The salesman was professional and understanding.  There was no pushy sales pitch, but rather a reasonable explanation of everything the company offers.  We completely understood everything that we were signing up for.  One the day of installation, the crew was on time and worked very hard to complete our large job in one day.  They had to finish up a few loose ends the next morning, but again things went off without a hitch.  I would highly recommend this company.  We had a great experience and are very thankful for our wonderful windows with the cold weather!

From the initial contact with the service manager through the crew and follow up phone call Energy One Windows were amazing.  We were prospected from a door to door sales person and immediately were interested in their services.  A sales manager came to our home and gave us a thorough presentation of everything that they offer and we were blown away.  They quoted us a timeframe of around 10 weeks but had the windows completely installed within 6 weeks.  For a home with 20 windows it was great to have everything completed in less than 8 hours and when finished everything was cleaned and ready for use.  You could barley tell that there was a crew working at our home all day.  The follow up call was great as well and they were very prompt to fix any problems that we were in need of.  Overall experience with Energy One Windows is an A+++++.  Thank You!

Energy One's product, their triple-pane windows, were a bit less expensive than other quotes I had for double-pane.  Plus, I was going to have to do at least some painting with the other windows, but NONE with Energy One.  Therefore my money went totally into quality windows, not extra painting and install charges.

It only took them a day and a half to install 35 or so windows, some were even the large picture-window and round-top style.  They cleaned up very professionally, inside and out.

From the day the new windows were installed our home was much more "live-able".  I noticed an immediate difference in the comfort in our large living room area, which has windows all around it.  My recent power bill for mid-April to mid-May was about 30% less than the same time period of last year (2013), and this year was much hotter during that time frame.

Overall, totally satisfied with the price, the installation, the result, and the very clean and premium look of my windows, inside and out.

We had 33 single pane double hung original wood windows replaced with the "Regency" double glazed window (without grids) from Energy One. From our first meeting with Jeff the sales manager to Jeff who ran the installation, we could not have been happier.  Sales Jeff knew the product inside and out and patiently answered all our questions.  Installation Jeff was great too.  He came out to re-measure and see if there were any unforeseen problems before the windows were ordered.  When Jeff knew the date the windows were to arrive, he called to schedule the installation.  They came on time and were incredibly fast and neat.  We had been worried that there might be inside damage to paint and/or wallpaper - there was none.  You could tell the installation crew worked together regularly as they were like a well oiled machine.  In addition to the windows themselves, we really liked the way each window opening/trim was custom fit with maintenance free trim that was bent on-site to fit exactly over to the wood trim.  A very nice detail.  Most of the job was finished in one day but a few windows had to be finished the next day - remember, there were 33 to do. | |We have waited six months to write this review to be sure we were really happy with the windows. The marketing lead did a great job explaining everything that would be provided and the pricing, warranty info, etc.
The down payment started the process and the windows were constructed. The installation supervisor called to
set up a date and he and his crew were at the house on time. The installation went smoothly and the old windows
were hauled off. Everything was cleaned up and they were through by mid afternoon. Having fought with the old windows
in the spring and fall trying to get them open banging them with a rubber hammer, the Energy One windows are wonderful.
All that was promised was accomplished.

We are most impressed with Energy One Windows. The salespeople and the installers are all curteous, professional and nice. The installers were unbelievably fast and neat. The windows themselves are fantastic.
The installers were right on time for our installation and went right to work. They were unbelievably fast taking out our old windows and replacing them with the new ones. They cleaned up any mess that was left and they cleaned all of the new windows. We replaced 26 windows and they had the job completed in a day.
We love our new windows! They are so easy to use and to clean. We have not gotten our first utility bill yet, but we cannot wait to see how much our utilities go down. We do know that the noise level has been cut almost 100%. Our house backs up to a busy road and our new triple pane windows have totally decreased the noise level. We love them!

It was great working with this company. The process was so easy from start to finish. The sales process was pleasant and the presentation was informative, yet respectful of our time. There was no pressure if ultimately we decided this wasn't something we were ready to do. We were glad this was the right time though and the right company after having talked with several others. Everyone we have had communication with has been extremely nice. Jeff from the installation company was spot on in communicating with me. He was very helpful. He was on time to every appointment and did not waste time. He even offered to help me get my blind brackets out of the windows when I told him that my husband was out of town and I didn't know how I was going to get that part done. Now, that is customer service! He also helped me understand a few solutions to how I might get my blinds re-hung with the new windows in since I could no longer drill into the new window casing. His team of installers were on time the morning of. He told me what time they expected to be done and they we finished about 30 minutes earlier. At the end of the installation he went over everything with me and then Jennifer from Energy One followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied. 
 As far as the product itself we, are very pleased. We have already had 3 neighbors stop by to talk to us about them. They look beautiful from the outside and have a very nice casing around them that finishes them off nicely, which I was not expecting. The difference in light that is let inside is amazing. It's too early to tell much about temperature difference, but I have noticed an immediate difference in noise reduction. I have no doubt we will feel the effects of the insulation in the coming summer months. 
Energy One of Atlanta has been a great company to work with and they have a great product. We are glad to have found them and are happy to recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

They scheduled an appointment to show us the windows and their quality; explained the process; took measurements; and provided us with a quote.  Additionally, they let us customize a center picture window in our living area.  Following that visit, we had an installer come for measurements and to ensure the order.  We were given a window of time when the windows would be ready -- and Energy One Windows met that commitment.  When they arrived to install, the installers were professional; informative; thorough; and CLEAN!  I think they left our windown areas cleaner than before they installed our windows.  We gladly put a sign in our front yard to share with neighbors our new windows.  Perfect timing as it's spring in Atlanta and we are opening our new windows all the time.  Thank you Energy One Windows!  Happy to do business with you!

From the beginning to the end the process was professional and solid!
We were impressed by the initial presentation by Jeff and his thorough research with comparable companies.
The price was fair and the install was scheduled. The installation by Jeff (a master caulker, by the way!) was on time and he and his crew cleaned up daily. We have noticed a substantial improvement to the temperature in our home but more importantly, a huge reduction of street noise! Overall, I would highly recommend this company again!

Jeff our installation specialist, and his partner Dave removed the old window sashes and installed replacement style windows all from the outside and trimmed the exterior brick molding and remaining window casings with white painted metal trim peices custom fitted to the existing window casings. The only work performed from the inside was caulking the replacement window in the existing interior window casing.
I was very concerned regarding the level of craftsmanship I was to receive but Jeff and Dave went beyond my expectations. Four of the windows are easily visible from a wrap-around porch and it is VERY difficult to tell that these windows were replacements. Up close and viewed from the street, the quality of the installation and manufacture of these windows is top notch.
The sales pitch for the expected energy savings was pretty ambitious but within a week we were able to tell a significant difference in the energy loss from what we were accustomed to from our standard windows. A south facing bedroom has always been noticably warmed by the sun from this southern exposure. For the first time since we bought the house new in 1985 this room is moderately unaffected by the sun. I look forward in the next year(s) to accumulating heating and cooling cost data to quantify these perceptions. Additionally, for the first time in 28 years, both my wife and I have been able to open the windows with ease and enjoy the wonderfully crisp fall air in our home. I look forward to spring also.

We have a beautiful view looking out our new 8000 Signature Series Advantage windows! We were in desperate need of new windows when we decided to purchase windows from Energy One. Our old windows leaked, had condensation build up, and were a painful, tedious chore to clean. Our new windows are easy to clean and beautiful to look through. We believe our new windows have made a noticeable difference in the air temperature in many rooms. Our rooms are considerably cooler, which is wonderful in this hot summer. Since these windows were installed about two weeks ago, I don't know the full impact on my electric bill yet. My room temperatures are cooler without adjusting my AC unit. I suspect this is another benefit of the 8000 Signature Series Advantage windows.
Purchasing, installing, and having these 8000 Signature Series windows from Energy One was a positive, wonderful experience. We were so impressed with how all the employees we dealt with treated us. Our questions were always answered to our complete satisfaction. This was great, as neither my wife nor I knew anything about windows. Now, we know about windows. Regarding the status of our windows, we were always timely and properly notified. Regarding the scheduling of installation, Energy One accommodated our schedule. 
Installation of our windows was done in one day, as promised. The windows were installed by a team of workers who were courteous, kind, professional, and masters at window installation. We watched installation, and were amazed at how perfectly each window was installed. The installers are skilled, gifted professionals. They arrived when they said they would, and they finished the job when they said they would. Their considerable efforts not to disrupt our "day to day" household were successful. The installation team worked efficiently and diligently. What a terrific installation team!
Our 8000 Signature Series Advantage windows have added lots of beauty and comfort to our 21 year old home. As Energy One of Atlanta customers, we have 100% customer satisfaction. We will do business with them, again.  For many reasons, we would recommend Energy One of Atlanta to family and friends: Excellent windows, excellent sales and office staff, excellent installation team, and excellent business.

Overall the project went well, the installers were very nice and always communicated with me as to when they would be there at the house.  I felt very comfortable with them and I did feel they cared about doing a good job.  Having had a previous contractor steal a checkbook from me (and write fraudulent checks) my guard was certainly up.  I'm happy to report that everyone at Energy One and the installers never gave me any reason to be concerned.  
I did experience a short delay in getting in two of the larger windows for the Bay window, after about 2 weeks from the time of initial install these other 2 windows did come in and were properly installed to complete the project.  I did have some wood rot which the installers addressed to ensure proper installation of the new windows.
It is still a little too early to tell if my energy bill will decrease but it does seem that my A/C is not running as often as it had in the past.
With Energy One I feel you get a good quality triple pane window for the price of a double pane from other suppliers.  The windows look great especially on the exterior and I would recommend the 8000 series to anyone in the market for replacement windows.

Energy One provided us a wonderful opportunity to be a marketing home.  This afforded us the chance to take advantage of super premium windows at a price that was affordable.  Many of our neighbors have upgraded their windows, but there is no comparison beween the look & quality of our windows compared to our neighbors.  We have seen a difference with our new windows in many ways:  (1) our new windows make the house feel much more open; (2) the windows are much easier to clean; (3) the windows are very well insulated and (4)..the soundproofing...we were amazed with how much quieter the house is, meaning we don't hear the street noise or the neighbors HVAC system running constantly or the neighbors barking dogs.  I'd also like to put in a plug for the installers.  The installers (Jeff Sparks) arrived timely, worked efficiently & ensured we were satisfied with the job at the end of the day.  
We are thrilled with our new windows & would highly recommend Energy One to anyone looking to replace windows in their home.

Energy one is a 1st class business, from their sales staff, finance department, to the installers.  We have been in need of new windows since we moved in (2003).  The old windows were single pained from the 1980's.  You could walk by and feel cold air drafts in the winter and warm air drafts in the summer.  When the opportunity presented itself with Energy One we were interested.  It wasn't until we meet with the sales staff and they introduced us to the finance department that this decision became an easy one.  The folks at Energy One will do whatever is needed to make you happy and help you afford new windows.  Ordinarily we would be able to make a purchase like this but Energy One was able to find us the right financing that we need to get the windows.  Now that the windows are in, we cannot believe the difference is noise dampening and energy efficiency.  Normally, during the summer our AC runs on and off all day around 45 min to an hour at a time,  Now it runs at 1/5 of that and for about 30mins at a time.  Our energy bills have been reduced by at least 40-50%.  I would highly recommend Energy One.

I was already preparing to replace my windows and were questioning people in the neighborhood about their replacements and cost.  Energy One came to my door marketing their windows and I was impressed with the product.  This is an expensive home repair/upgrade at the very least and I felt they were competitive with the price that my neighbors paid for their replacements.  Energy One worked with me and my experience with them was very positive.
