I didn't care of this service and wouldn't use it again.

It went real well, was leery at first, for having strangers in my house, they were so professional, they went beyond what I expected, I did not have any problems what so ever, they were very kind, on time, I sleep in and they were coming at 9am, they started coming around 9:30-10:00 so I could sleep in. They would pick after themselves, and clean up the best they could. They covered everything that they could with plastic, laid down tarps on the floor, were very careful with my hardwood floors. Was not a lot to clean up when they left, just a little on the edges, they said they would be done in 3 weeks, and they were. Ed came in and asked me what I was wanting to do, so he came back with a sketch. He ordered my tub for me and installed it. He would let me know what he did that day, and would let me know what the plan was for the next day, He was very polite, and the workers were polite, they did everything I asked them to.The only delays we had was, I was trying to pick out the lighting, by the time I found the one I wanted, it was the next thing they needed to do, they didn't want to overnight it, but finally the company did, so they were able to stay on schedule. They did beautiful work, it is everything or more, than what I pictured in my mind with that bathroom, with the old bathroom, I was missing closet space, and I had a little shower. They made a linen closet. I would use them again in a second.

After I purchased the deal, they contacted me through email to set up an appointment for the design meeting. They called that day to see if it would be possible to come earlier than their appointment time, which worked perfectly for me. They arrived on time, worked quickly, were professional and friendly. The finished product was emailed to me with an estimate for if they did the work. The quote is likely very reasonable for all materials and labor by a professional for an average size master bath. I decided that my dad and I will facilitate the renovation, however, the plans will be helpful in measuring and for plumbing and electrical outsourcing.

Ed and Ed (father and son) were just wonderful! They were always prompt and the work estimate they gave us was the best price of the three contractors we contacted. They kept the work site clean and always had drop cloths covering our hallway and bedroom carpets. The work was done within the time they gave us and the finished project was way beyond what we expected! We love our new shower-it is absolutely beautiful! We have now hired them to replace the hardwood flooring in our kitchen and dining area that has been damaged due to a water leak in our kitchen sink. We recommend Dove Remodeling, Inc. to anyone who needs expert remodeling!

The pricing was excessively high. I had Lowe's do the tiling at approximately half the price. I used an alternative contractors for the bathroom vanity installation, plumbing and electrical work. The work needed had been specifically defined before I contacted contractors. I obtained high quality work for each area at decreased price.

All schedules appointments were on time. Provided estimates and revised the estimates as agreed to via a phone conversation. Provided suggestion to improve the appearance. All work was done on time and as planned. One contractor arrived unannounced, but it was not an issue. New shower stall looks great and works perfectly. .

Their enthusiasm for my ideas, coupled with their professionalism resulted in a wonderful upgrade to my entry way and downstairs bathroom.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of Dove Remodeling. They did an excellent job, and they cleaned up after the work was complete. Dove provided a fair price with excellent service.
