First photo was taken after the second day finished.
Second & third photo is after the final coat work was all done. Three days work and two more days for cure.
I met Joe after my new home closing. Joe explained all the process and estimated was the same as he gave me thru emails. He didn’t charge more for little extras works that was needed.
Joe is very kind, reliable and honest person. What he say and promises , you will get the results more than you expected.
Wish I have another chance to work with Joe again.

I have NO complaints! Joe and Robert arrived on schedule each day, explaining what the day would entail, and got busy. There was never any question in our minds about the process or the finished product. They epoxy'd our large garage and beautified my patio floor area. I asked them for recommendations on the patio floor, and they exceeded my expectations. They are both very skilled, professional and punctual! I would recommend them to everyone (and I have!).

Terrible. The provider said the floors were prepped well and he also grinded minimally on them to fix any additional leveling. He also had us contracted to pay 50% up front and the final 50% after completion. When he arrived to get the first payment he made a big issue of not wanting to do the job unless we paid 100% up front. With the urgency of the job needing to be completed, we decided to pay him in hopes of it getting completed to our liking; however, the job ended up being very disappointing. The prep was not even close to being completed for a job to be started, so any professional should know not to begin work until ready. There was a primer coat applied that was way too thin, and not what was advised to put down. Then he put a coat of an epoxy the next day he came back and it didn t cover the primer as it was supposed to do. It looked very poorly applied and unprofessional. After he finished he didn t speak with the owners or go over the job to consider their opinion on how the job was completed, or give an opportunity for any additional steps needed to make the job better to their liking. He instead didn t contact us at all and I had to contact him to tell him the job was completely botched. He said he couldn t give any refunds but he could come back and do an additional coat for $700 more, which was ridiculous considering the job wasn t completed in the first place. There was no top cot even put on it which the contract called for. Overall, the job was just very unprofessional and rushed.

"We provided a quote to prep and apply metallic epoxy. Customer said he would do all the prep. He is the acting GC. I lowered the quote based on this. This was too expensive so we agreed on a lower amount. We offered to apply a self leveler. to fill in the pock marks for free if he supplied the product. Declined. We showed up to start but told him he needed to do more prep. Shoed up the next day and told him the same. That we would even work over the weekend so he could do more prep. He said they were on a timeline and were fine with his imperfections. It took us 2 days to apply several coats of epoxy. All of this is in the contract I have with him. I offered to supply the labor at no cost if they supplied the material once again but heard nothing from Greg. Thank you"

Brian and Joe were awesome to work with. They completed my resurfacing in a timely manner and the cost of the work fit perfectly in our budget. I would certainly work with them again, and I would recommend Concrete CTI of Georgia to anyone seeking to have their driveway, walkway or Patio resurfaced.

I was initially having a bad experience with this company because I did experience some serious chipping in the concrete they installed for me. I felt they were too slow in working to resolve these issues, and so, this review was originally quite critical. Well, Joe of CTI did contact me immediately after my review, set a timeline to return within two weeks, did the repair earlier today, and the repair looks wonderful. I have also been assured that, if there are any further issues, I can contact him personally. I am now very satisfied with CTI.

I cannot recommend CTI of Georgia enough. Brian and Joe were fabulous - quick to respond and follow up on the quote which we found to be fair. They showed up to complete the project as scheduled, on time and finished when expected. Joe, the owner, makes a point to start every project personally and follow it through to the customerâ s satisfaction - definitely a level of customer service that is lacking most places. We are very happy with our concrete refinishing.

Joe and his team resurfaced our existing patio around the pool and a walkway through the backyard. They did an excellent job! They delivered on time, depsite temps reaching well about 95. The team was professional, courteous and the final result looks great!

The company does not honor its warranty, has shoddy workmanship, and is completely unprofessional. BEWARE. If you want to throw your money away, this is the company to hire. They performed work for me in multiple areas, and each area has to be completely redone. They failed to show up when scheduled, failed to finish the job, lied, and should never be engaged.

Joe and his crew with CTI did an amazing job. They transformed my pool deck and sidewalk from ugly concrete to a stone and pebble look. It makes a huge difference in the aesthetics of the pool area. I highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience with CTI of. Georgia. They were kind, professional, reasonable in price and the outcome is beautiful. The scope of work was clear and they were accommodating with my schedule. My concrete floor in my basement was properly cleaned and then sealed. I'm pleased! Joe, the owner was wonderful to work with and Charlie, Robert, and Brian added positive energy to the project from beginning to end. I recommend them!

CTI Concrete floor The Good: Quote had a detailed process and was competitive. I waited over a month to get in the schedule, but they started on time. They did attempt to solve some of the problems they created. The Bad: Job was a disaster. Coating did not dry properly, separated, pitted and bubbled. Floor was smooth cured, uncoated, crack-free to start and after this application was an eyesore. After much discussion they ground it off (creating a huge cloud of dust covering the newly painted room and the adjoining room) then recoated. The second application also had to be ground down and re-coated with similar problems and more including gouges in the concrete and getting epoxy all over our new baseboards. Final try resulted in a surface that is pitted and scratched and so brittle that a dropped screw driver took a fingernail-size chip out of it. The result after more than 2 months is worse than we started with, and we are left with, cleaning the abrasive dust off every surface and a damaged floor. This was supposed to be part of a larger job and as such, the deposit90+ percent of this job and not returned. We stayed home for workers for 4 weeks. Very frustrated, my new edition will need another new floor. It will not come from CTI. I am rating this very low for quality and value for obvious reasons, but they did work hard to fix the issue although they were unsucessful and damaged the floor -- I would be happier if I could have gotten a refund since I will have to redo this when I have some more time.

Cti resurfaced driveway approximately 2 years ago. Call them to clean, refinish certain area as well as resealing. Citi required a deposit of $900 to perform the maintenance and never returned to perform the work. The deposit was given to them more than 9 months ago. Have asked them numerous times to perform the work or return the deposit funds and of course radio silence on the CT part. CTi did so what they contracted to do.

After sitting down with this contractor at my home and showing him a picture of the design and colors that we asked if he would be able to do, he said yes. The product that this company provided was not what we expected and was not even close to the picture we provided him with. The color did not match nor did the design match. Chipping on the edges of the concrete. Some of the color has already scratched off just with sliding a chair across the surface. He also did not start the job at the proposed date. Overall a horrible company. Once I confronted him about the design, he said in was not in the contract. Really a shady character, I definitely did not vet this guy well enough. He cashed those checks immediately after we gave them to him, I now understand why, because we surely would have stopped the payment.

"Dwayne I was shocked by this review! You were not present when I bid the job, I looked at it with your wife. We discussed pattern and borders but decided it was too small an area and a border would make it feel smaller. So the border was not in the bid.You did show me a picture 2 weeks later and I looked at it for the color and the pattern. We applied a slate pattern that you approved. We again talked about the border and you said it was not necessary. We applied the color with you there and colored it 2 more times at your request and you said it was good. We sealed it and you paid for it. No one ran to cash your checks! They were made out to the company and got deposited into a corporate account as all our payments have been for 24 years. A week later you text to say you didn't like the color. I offered to come back. I came over and saw you had dragged a large table over the back before it had cured. I offered to touch it up for free. Charlie & Joe were persistent is validating the date we wanted our floors in out new garages painted. We were on their calendar for over 60-days. Although they traveled a good distance from N. Atlanta to reach our home, they were timely. They taped the baseboards before starting work and the floors were cleaned of construction debris (drywall mud, dirt, and paint drops) before the first of three layers was applied. We gave the floors a full week before we drove any vehicles on them. (We still haven't moved in yet.) In the meantime, a couple of small, subcontractors cardboard boxes were placed on the floor with light-weight contents. Subcontractors have trafficked on the floor without creating any damage. Joe & Charlie were great to work with. Ref work quality. The floors look great now and the builder is impressed - as are others. I expect that the floors will continue to look the same in the coming years which is why I chose not do the work myself this time. (I used a HD product in out previous home.)

This company did some work for me. It was completed less than three months ago. They did a TERRIBLE JOB, and they won't come back to fix it. Here's what the estimate promised: 1. Driveway will be thoroughly cleaned. 2. Cracks and loose areas will be repaired. 3. The brick accents will be re-colored 4. The remainder of the driveway will receive a three-color texture spray. 5. The entire surface will be re-sealed. The driveway was merely painted, and it was a horrible paint job on top of that. Several of the areas they repaired are already cracking. This was to be a touch up of the previous job they did on my driveway about ten years prior, which was really nice work. Instead of making the driveway look better, they made it look exponentially worse. I wish I had never hired them to come back. I spoke with the owner, Joe Wilson, on a few occasions, and he said he'd be back out. It has been over a month with no call and no visit. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Buyer Beware!!!
