Description of Work: Very little communication with homeowners when they institute changes. Changed access method to common pool area without notifying homeowners, then failed to (and continue to fail to) deliver access cards to area to many homeowners. Will not return calls. When they were reached, they provided lame excuses for their incompetence, but refused to apologize for their mistakes, and have yet to fix the problem. If thinking of purchasing a property whose HOA uses these yahoos, I highly recommend that you run away as fast as you can.

 + -1 moreI do not feel I am getting my monies worth. I have trash/debris on the lot next to my house which is in violation to the covenants. I brought this to their attention. This was brought to their attention two months ago and no action yet.
Description of Work: This firm provides property management services to our community.
