Andy was great! Very professional and also very laid back with a great sense of humor. He patiently answered all my naive questions about the house inspection. He was thorough and took his time making sure he didn't miss anything. He also got on top of our roof (which our realtor said is uncommon!) The inspection took a little longer than expected but he did not charge for the extra time. We plan on using him for every other house we buy!
