I met Greg and Eric at our home before work one morning and we walked through the entire house so that they could get an idea of the needs, and they got right to work. They put down rugs to protect any non carpet flooring from their equipment. They use non toxic cleaning materials, and it smells like oranges and lemons after they finish. I assumed that I would need to meet them at the house around lunch whenever they finished, but Greg said that wasn't necessary. He left an invoice and a bottle of spot cleaner for future spills on my kitchen counter, and they locked the house behind them without me needing to come home to do that. My husband and I checked on the house after work that evening, and the carpets look wonderful, and the whole house smells so wonderful. I found the invoice and spot cleaner easily, and I was able to call Greg the next day to give him my credit card information. He also would have accepted a mailed check. As an added bonus, we were pleasantly surprised to find that some excess carpet in the garage that we use to take our shoes off before going in the house was shampooed. Greg and Eric really went the extra mile, and we really appreciate it! We received much more value than what we paid.

I never had our carpet cleaned as well or smelled as good.  He just did a wonderful job.

Greg came within two days of my call; they were on time and the job went splendidly. You can't even tell that the dog was sick in the hallway and it's a beige carpet, no spots whatsoever it dried within 24 hours. The last time I use them it dried within a day but because of the spots Greg told me it would take about 24 hours to dry and it did. Will use them again in the near future to clean the entire house.
