CertaPro of Roswell far exceeded my expectations for siding repair and paint. Jay, Pedro and team took on our tricky job of siding repair and paint on our 125 year historic home. From quote to completion of the project, they were professional and prompt and walked us through every step of the process. I cannot recommend them enough!

If you want to be ripped off, lied to, and completely frustrated than use CertaPro of Roswell. We paid more to use CertaPro because of their 2 year warranty; however, it is a lie!!! Within 1 month of CertaPro completing the painting of my deck, it was peeling off. The stain they used isn’t sticking to my deck. They came out and redid it, however same problem. They have told me that they will not honor the warranty or reimburse me. Now, I am not only out the money I paid for the deck, but I have to pay more to have their crappy stain removed from my deck. Worse than this… they have cheated me out of some siding I have paid for in the contract. At first, they blamed it on supply chain issues; but this is now a year later, and they have just ignored the fact that they have breached the contract and stollen the money from me. Save yourself and go with someone else that doesn’t charge more under the false guise they guarantee their work and/or are honest.

CertaPro Painters of Roswell were fantastic from the quote process, to the details of our job by the office and then of course the painters! The whole painting crew was absolutely easy to work with! They were always on time and worked hard every day. The end product was better than expected!! During clean-up, they put all of our window screens back in and brought our porch furniture back. I would highly recommended them!!

They sent an inexperienced individual, gave him a spray gun, and I don't think he had ever done a house before.  His helper disappeared, and so he was out here by himself.  He spray-painted the brick underneath my windows, he spray-painted my roof and some other items, and spray-painted my gutters which were warrantied as long as they were not painted, so I lost the warranty on my gutters.  The owner wanted to give me $100 off the price that he was charging me, and I told him I'd be happy to pay you in full if you come and correct exactly what was done by your people.  The first helper this painter had disappeared, and then two or three days later they got another helper.  Neither one knew that once you paint a window, after it dries, you pull the top down and the bottom up so that you can paint the strips that were hidden.  Neither one knew; I had to tell them.  That's what Certa Pro sent out here, and so I told the owner I'll be happy to pay you in full if you correct exactly what ya'll have done, because ya'll have done thousands of dollars of damage to my house.  And so to protect himself - I'm sure he was using an e-mail that goes through the home office - he sent me an e-mail accusing me of being a thief, that I never wanted to pay him to begin with.  Previously, a few years before, we had them do some interior painting and we were very happy with them and paid them in full.  It was the office in Roswell; they have different branches.  They accused me of being a thief and never wanted to pay him from the get-go.  I have over $6,700 in damage they did.  I had sent him an e-mail about my Leaf Guard gutters, that they could not paint them so they went ahead and did it.  The bottom of the gutter they could paint, but the top of  it where the water slides down, they were not supposed to paint.  They painted that and painted my roof, my shingles!  They were supposed to put in new caulking in all the windows, and only a couple of them did they do.  I had a really bad experience with them.  I don't know if they were overloaded with jobs and he was just grabbing somebody off the street and didn't really care, or what exactly was going on.  How come they sent me somebody with no supervision or anything?  I don't even think he instructed the guy how to do, just gave him a paint gun and say have at it.  I guess maybe the guy's original help was supposed to instruct him, but he quit.  The service was not up to snuff, the guy didn't know what he was doing, painted my bricks, painted my roof, painted the gutters where he wasn't supposed to.  And then to be called a thief  by the owner was just too much.  I didn't even respond to that.   I did write up an e-mail to respond to him, and it never got sent.  I didn't even write up a response once he called me a thief.  All our correspondence up to that point was going through the home office and he was trying to protect himself.  His cost was $2,000 and I had $6,000 in damage; additional costs approximately $3,300 to over $6,700 to have other companies fix the shoddy workmanship by your crew, is what I wrote.  Everything was F; I wasn't happy with any of their work.

Our experience with CertaPro started out in a really promising manner. They gave written quotes, had a responsive, professional salesman. They offered a free color consulting because of the size of the order. They also agreed to the terms at which they would find and fix issues with wood like rot, etc. I could not wait to express my joy of having found a local small business worth supporting and encouraging. But as the work started, things started turning a little less promising. This company subcontracts the actual work. The crew that came in could not care less about quality. Their pressure washing was substandard and missed a lot of areas. Their paint/pressure washing splashed dirt/ white paint on to our gutter guard. They did not replace or sand deck boards which were dangerous, unlike what they promised. They simply applied a coat of paint and left. They then sent a follow up guy who fixed the issues we pointed out, but did not finish the work. Our premium front door is still unfinished and the grill they took out is still sitting in the garage. I will upload a picture of this another time. When my wife sent them a list of remaining work, the owner responded in a one line email that they will find a way to collect. They have stopped responding to calls. Very, very disappointed.

They were professional in all our dealings with them, including the estimate visit from Rob, our email or phone requests to add and delete items from the original plan, the painting project itself with the 2-man crew, and their quick response to some minor issues we determined needed to be addressed to meet our satisfaction. Rob and Nikki (owners) are both great to work with and were flexible when we asked them to make a couple of changes to the change the original work order. Their price for interior painting was by far the most reasonable from several quotes we received from local painters (we did find a lower quote for outside shutters and went with a different vendor for that). The only area for improvement would probably be in their communication as to the schedule after the contract was signed, as we had to contact them on a few occasions to pin down a specific date for them to come do the painting work. There were delays from the original estimated date, apparently related to the wet weather in this area, but they were not proactive to keep us in the loop on when we could get our work done. However, overall we were very pleased with the quality of work and value we received. The painters showed up on time and properly covered floors and furniture to keep them free from any paint drippings or splatter.
