I hired Captain Pool earlier this year, and while his technicians are excellent, the experience ended on a disappointing note. He abruptly discontinued our service with only a two-week notice, citing a loss of customers in the Woodstock area and an inability to justify coming solely for our job. Unfortunately, the owner?s customer service left much to be desired. Despite requesting a call to discuss alternative options, he never followed through. Proceed with caution if you choose to hire him.

Great first experience & we look forward to continuing to work with Miguel and his crew. They came out to open our pool this season and we have some repairs which need to be made. The service tech was extremely professional and courteous. Miguel responded within 24 hours with a quote for the repairs and a couple of options. We will be moving forward and continuing to use them for this season for all of our pool needs.
