Bob was great. He fixed both vents quickly and even noticed a problem that would have cost us much more if he had not been here when the AC unit was misfiring. He worked out the issue and re-routed some wiring to save us costly repairs to the circuit board. His company is small so we had to wait a few days to see him, but his work quality and trustworthiness is worth the wait! We definitely will hire him again "when" we need him in the future.
