If I could give them zero stars, I would. They cut extra large branches from the top of a very tall tree but then left the majority of those limbs on my roof - a roof of a full 3-story home. Three weeks later, I am still attempting to contact them every other day with no avail. 3 days ago when the strong storm came through, the large limbs they left on my roof became spears in the strong winds and were flying off my roof. One was stuck straight into the ground of my front yard! I am sending them legal notice exculpating myself from any malfeasance these branches could cause to property or, God forbid, could cause physical harm to someone. If you hire them, make sure you view their work before they leave. They never made contact with me (and I was home) before they left. When I realized they were gone, I went to view their work. I assumed they had left for lunch and would return because they were clearly not finished. However, I have not seen them again nor will they return any calls.

We have used this company before and each time they have done a great job. They have several certified arborists as part of their team which, for us anyway, is a plus. All knowledgable and have always been able to address any of our tree concerns. On this visit they removed several Leyland's (due to storm damage) along with trimming/shaping/pruning multiple other trees and bushes. They work hard, show up on time and clean up all debris. A+

They are a smaller operation but do outstanding work. The estimate that they gave was lower than everyone else and I have used them 2 times so far and plan to continue using them if availability permits. They are very relationship oriented which is nice but has definitely increased business for them.
