We have used Andrew and Atlanta Re-Roof Specialists on multiple occasions, on two different houses, for jobs big and small. They are ALWAYS very responsive and appropriately quick. We just had a roof vent blow off during a bad storm and they were able to get someone out on a Saturday morning (the next day)! Jose was outstanding and made the repair in very little time! We are always satisfied and feel like we received a fair price. Atlanta Re-Roof is the only roofer we call when we have issues. (We called a few the first time we found them.)

Great. Andrew and his crew performed exactly as promised, quickly and efficiently. They even coordinated with the company that's doing other renovations.

Nathan arrived precisely at scheduled time and efficiently diagnosed the problem and provided a quote and date work could be done.
His repair team arrived several days earlier than estimated and performed all work in a few hours.  They were very pleasant and professional.
It has rained hard twice since the repair and no leaks.

Andrew Dalby with Atlanta Re-roof Specialists, came out and did the initial assessment. He was very knowledgable and provided lots of insight into the many aspects of our existing cedar shake roof. He took lots of pictures and explained in great detail all aspects of the current condition of our roof. He also provided several options from low cost stop gap measures to a wide range of alternatives. With Andrew it was not a high pressure sale, but rather a sharing of knowledge and options and then he provided a comprehensive quote that outlines everything he would do, and the costs as well as upgrades such as copper drip edging. He then allowed us enough time to seek additional quotes and comparison shop. In the end not only were his prices the best, but his approach was by far the most welcome. Once we sealed the deal, he introduced me to the foreman of the crew that would do the actual tear-off and installation. It was quickly obvious they had a long history together and had a great deal of respect for one another. Andrew stayed involved though out the installation. The on-site crew was very impressive and profession. They addressed every question I had and did an excellent job with the new roof installation as well as the cleanup afterwards. Overall, we are thrilled with the new roof and the decision we made to use Atlanta Reroof Specialists. Great job guys.

They were very professional and have finished their works in one day.

They came out and replaced some shingles and redid some caulking after a hail storm.  They gave us a decent estimate compared to many others, and other companies wanted to charge us over $1000.  They came out and said the roof was in good condition and just needed minor repairs, no reason to re do the entire roof.  They are very professional.

They were very prompt in getting out to me. He showed up on time. He climbed up on the roof, and looked at everything then gave me an estimate.  I was very happy with the work they did. It’s been fine ever since. They cleaned up the yard quite well. They left my driveway clean.

I am calling this experience My Roofing Debacle...and Andrew Dalby is the knight in shining armor who saved me!!  My husband had hired another roofer who turned out to be a fly by night storm chaser.  His employees walked off the job after removing about half the shingles from our roof!!  I had known Andrew some 10 years before when he roofed my condo so I called him.  He was very empathetic to our problem and gave us some good advice, including how to protect ourselves from the unscrupulous roofer.

Andrew worked with our brother in law, who is an architect, to answer all our questions about our roofing job.  He was very professional in all of his dealings.   He submitted a written proposal with various options and then walked through the options with us.  He determined that our gutter guards needed to be removed prior to the roofing or else they would be damaged.  (No one else had figured this out!) 

He moved some jobs around on his schedule to accommodate us earlier because our roof had been exposed.  He started the work with a verbal agreement which I thought was a show of good faith.  His employees attempted to start the job a couple of times but could not because of weather. He kept me updated on the status and communicated well throughout the process.

The work was done well and we are very satisfied with our new roof.  One slight problem occurred afterwards.  Two nails were put through our refrigerant line causing our AC to go out.  When the HVAC company diagnosed the problem, I called Andrew to let him know.  He immediately got involved and coordinated with the HVAC company to resolve the problem.  He had a team out to remove shingles to give the HVAC technicians access to the roof line to install a new refrigerant line.  He was very easy to deal with, even when a problem comes up.  I always felt he would do the right thing and he has. 

I have found that your warranty is only as good as the company doing the work for many of these contractor jobs.  It is good to know that Atlanta ReRoof has been around for many years and will be here if I ever have problems with my roof.  Our house is only ten years old but the roof had hail damage.  Hopefully we won't need another roof for MANY years, but if we do, we will make Andrew Dalby our first and only call.

The owner came out personally to give me a quote, we talked for a long time, and he emailed me the quote right away.  We ended up using them and they did a great job.  They came on time, they came when they said they were going to, and the owner explained a lot about my roof and what it would take.

Mr. Dalby had done some roof repair for us previously. He responded promptly to our inquiry to investigate nominal evidence of water leakage in an upstairs ceiling. He thoroughly explained both how he determined the apparent cause of prior water leakage and why he recommended this particular course of action. We received an emailed quote ("contract", which included a one-year guarantee of specific workmanship, but not of leak diagnosis) several days later. After approving the work and not hearing from Mr. Dalby for 12 days, I emailed him. He replied right away to let me know that he was awaiting fabrication of the chimney cap. Two different sub-contractors came out a various times to measure and or install, as needed. All were very polite, professional . I was very comfortable talking with them and they came and went very quickly. We finally received an emailed invoice several days after the work was completed. Next time I will verify the timeframe for the project, although this project was not urgent. At our initial consultation, Mr. Dalby also took the time to provide advice and seemed to be very knowledgeable in regard to roof design and gutter placement as relates to water flow off the roof. He gave us a reference for another vendor that he recommended for gutter consultation.

They were not the cheapest but they were thorough, knew what they were talking about and their price was competitive. They were very clean, cleaned up absolutely everything. They were super, there were no additional charges. About a year or so after the roof was done I saw water on my bathroom floor, I called them and they came out and checked the roof. He found that the rain came thru a vent on the roof and fixed it. They didn't charge me and were apologetic. They couldn't have been nicer. There were no spots on the ceiling to tell it was coming in and they could have said it wasn't their issue. They were on time and everyone dressed well and were professional looking, everything was written down and explained things thoroughly. I've never had a better contractor. He was the most professional contractor I've used.

They came on time. Cleaned up after themselves completly. Their crew were very neat. They have a top notch crew. Did not ask for any money up front. They were professional. I had a question later with the roof, I called them and they came back and fixed the problem which I thought was great. The problem was not even their problem!

They had done a job previously on my roof and the roof has held up well since then, which is why I trusted them to return to work on it.
