They do a good job. They come once a year. We have our termite bond with them. Here in the South, we have a problem with termites so all of our house would have to be termite bonded. They guarantee that your house would not be infected with any termites and they would repair any damage. I’ve had this contract with them for over 30 years. There is nothing I dislike about their service. They’ve been very good about suggesting things to do like to help keep the termites away from the house. They upgrade the service. They sometimes make the service better and sometimes it’s saving me money too. They’ve been good.

Fast response and accessibility.

We use them for indoor home pest control and for the mosquitoes out in the yard. I had no concerns, they were extremely prompt, the guys are always very professional, courteous and they're in uniform. They always call us saying that they are the pest control, our scheduling and all that stuff.

We just moved in to our new house and found that we had a few "guests" staying there with us.  We discovered roaches, palmetto bugs, silver fish, spiders, etc... ugh!  I called Arrow and they were able to set an appointment up within a few days.  Marshall came out and inspected the house and provided an overall treatment plan.  Within a couple of weeks, all bugs had disappeared and we haven't had any problems since.  I have a dog and two children and Marshall was very sensitive to my concerns about using pesticides in the house.  He answered all of my questions and I was impressed enough to sign up for quarterly service.

This was our quarterly pest control service inside and out for a 7,000 square foot house and heavily wooded yard.

They were good. They were nice and straightforward. They were on time. Their treatment has definitely been effective. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Jesse, our serviceman, is very personable and thorough. He is always on time and respectful of my property. They are reasonable and they do a good job. We never have any bugs.

It shows that they are vested in making sure there is no pest in the house. They were understanding that we were in the new house and the landscaping work was going on so they didn?t nickel and dime with it at all. They came out and replaced the bay traps and put them at the new locations depending on how the landscaping was done and did not complaint whatsoever. We had them in our last house and we have them in our new house. Both their sales side and the maintenance side are top notch. Their sales side includes working with you through the quote and initiation process. Their maintenance side includes checking the traps every month and working with you to understand your pest needs. They are hurt because of their price but they are way ahead of their competitors when it comes to quality, punctuality and professionalism. We got rid of the other pest control company in the new house and brought arrow in. That?s how loyal we are to them. We have seen them across multiple divisions.

They came out promptly to give an estimate and took measurements to get accuracy on the materials. They repainted everything and did extensive repairs and somewhat more than the original estimate at no extra charge. Very sound construction, eautifully done. They cleaned up completely and they were very professional.

They did the typical pest control routine. They did the outside and inside of the house. They did and excellent job. I have a yearly contract with them.

They seem friendly. They seem expensive. The mosquito treatments are about $70, but I am told they are effective. You cancel anytime, so I'm not locked into a contract. I will continue to use them.

We had used this company with good results in the past. I like that they are visible in the neighborhood. We have not been alerted of any termite activity in the past 6 months.
