We're not a service customer but American Alarm was willing to work on our alarm system. The repair they performed was fairly complex, and took 3 hours. Excellent service, great technician. We would use them again.

I have been very pleased with my monthly monitoring. The cost is the most reasonable I've found in the area. Also, my home was hit by lightning and it knocked out several things in my home including my alarm system. American Alarm came out quickly and replaced my keypads and circuit board. They scheduled an appointment quickly, arrived on time, were courteous and did a great job.
