Air Control Heating and Air installed our air conditioning and heating system several years ago. We obtained bids from three HVAC
companies and selected them based upon a reasonable bid and an inspection of one of their jobs. Two Lennox systems, one for the first floor and basement and one for the second floor, were installed.  In addition, the ducts in the attic were replaced. The installation of the systems and the ducts was very professional and the crew was very careful with the white carpet on our stairs and on the second floor. A few years after the installation, we noticed that the bedroom farthest from the attic unit was not getting enough heat in winter and cooling air in the summer. We discussed this concern with them and they modified the duct serving that room at no charge.
We have continued to use them for our yearly maintenance service since the installation. I highly recommend Air Control Heating and Air.

We have been using their services for several years. They installed our heating an ac unit about two years ago and it made a world of a difference. They also installed air ducts. Their response is excellent and a guy even came on a Saturday night to address an issue. I would highly recommend their services. I can't say enough good things about them. Their prices are very fair. The quality of the work is well worth the price. They are also easy to deal with.

Initially our upstairs A/C unit stopped cooling. The technician name Jacobi determined that there was a small leak in the unit's condenser coil. He serviced the unit and added some freon, but he recommended, replacing the unit at some point because of the units' age. He was up front and honest stating that his repair would only be a temporary fix and not a lasting one. The repair lasted a few weeks and then the unit malfunctioned again. By that time we had come to grips that we'd have to replace the unit, so we decided to replace the AC and furnace for both the upstairs and downstairs systems at $3500.00 each. The installers (David, Verney and Joey) were very good in terms of removing the old units and installing the new systems. When they replaced the units they also replaced the thermostats, one upstair and one downstairs. The illumination feature did not work on the one downstairs, but when I called Dennis Benton at Air Control he sent someone back out to replace the thermostat.They are polite, attentive and they answer requests in a timely manner.

We've had to call them out several times to check on, repair and replace our old systems. I always felt like I was getting fair and unbiased advice when it was time to replace our furnaces (they died about 1 year apart). The technician Jacoby, was sent to our house and he couldn't have been nicer. He seemed very experienced and we trusted him. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking.

Air Control has been looking after my old furnace for several years, and what I've appreciated most is that they would give me a fair appraisal of it's expected life span at each visit without pushing me to buy a new system. When the situation had obviously become terminal on a very hot August day, they responded very quickly and offered me a fair price, including a requested upgrade to a larger system in anticipation of some remodeling. I gave them the go-ahead one afternoon and they showed up around nine the next morning with a large crew. I was amazed when the entire system, inside and out, was up and running and I had a cool house by 6 pm that evening. When the technician came back the next day to install the new thermostat, I challenged him to move it to a new, more difficult, location. He started in without a grumble and did a first rate installation. The installation was prompt, very neat, and the price was fair, and I never heard a discouraging word! Who could ask for more?
