House Cleaning
Same crew for 18 months and they did a good job. Then different employees started coming and the service level declined. When items became missing from the home, I contacted the owner. She was very defensive and became rude and beligerant calling me a liar. I promptly quit there services.

Ayda and her team of maids were very nice and professional but arrived an hour late, though I had received a phone call from her about the late arrival. The team did an "okay" job but not nearly as thorough as I had expected. Ayda supervised the team but was eager to make a sales pitch for her brand of cleaning products. This was odd to me because she insisted on using my own products for the cleaning instead of demonstrating her own products.
