Fran Harper was our realtor and she was personable. She knew the contacts well, she knew the inspectors and once the inspection was done she had a great list that we could call to fix things. She had very good references. There were people that could come out bing bang boom and got the job done. They were not costly; they just came out and did the work. One of the windows did not have tempered glass while coming down the stairs. It was a very high window; it almost touched my chest and the woman who bought the house weighed about three hundred and fifty pounds was very concerned so we had that fixed too.
