Advanced Chimney Sweeps

Only charged for inspection as chimney had not been used much and did not need to be cleaned. Chimney cap and rain guard needed replacing and made appt to come back. Excellent work. Showed us pictures of before and after and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! The dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned, even of the beginnings of a bird's nest. The chimney was inspected first and was found to be in good condition so a cleaning was not needed and therefore not charged. I was provided a photo of some surface rust on the chimney cap for comparison with the next inspection. There was never any attempt to upsell or tack on additional costs or work, something I GREATLY appreciate! The technician called to ask if he could come about 1/2 an hour early and then thanked me for my flexibility! So nice and professional!!

I have had other CHIMNEY SWEEPS that were not half of what this company is as a company, promptness, and knowledge of Chimney information. He not only fixed everything quickly and efficiently but gave us advice to better take care of the Chimney. I would recommend them all day to everyone. Don't look any further for a company I have had several others in the past and this company would be the only one I would use.

I cannot say enough what a pleasure it was working with this fantastic company. Tremendous customer service with quick and thorough responses from Jennifer. On the day of service/installation, Carson arrived on time and went right to work. He was extremely courteous. He inspected the roof, showed a picture of the rusted pan on the roof, and painted it to prevent issues. He inspected and swept the chimney. He also repaired a metal piece in the back of the fireplace that was lose at not additional cost. I had painted the fireplace black in preparation for the installation of gas logs (converted from a gas starting fireplace). During the cleaning/repair, the inside of the fireplace had become dirty and scratched. Carson repainted it very nicely at no additional cost. When he began installation of the gas logs, he realized the fireplace was not compatible, but he and Tenny were able to make it work the same day. My husband and I are so happy with the fireplace, and are so thankful for Advanced Chimney Sweeps for taking such fantastic care of us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional and friendly.  Ethan could not have been a nicer guy and did a great job cleaning the chimney, caulked gas entry into fireplace.  took pictures of the pan at top of chimney to show condition which was nice to get full picture of condition.  Would use again and recommend.

Went as well as it could go. Was selling house, chimney needed to be swept. They did a thorough job and didn't make a mess. The back firewall was badly cracked and they had the replacement available in their truck. They also threw in some mortar on the bottom plate to cover a small crack I had and proved some high-heat paint that I could apply. 
Would definitely use again.

Our home has been sold and the buyers inspector called out a couple of issues with our chimney/flue.  We agreed to have a certified chimney sweep evaluate the matter.  The Advanced Chimney Sweeps inspector was extremely knowledgeable and indicated that both chimneys were in good shape and didn't need any further action at this time.  in addition, his bid for a chimney cap was extremely reasonable.  Highly recommend this provider.

Everything went great. We'd gotten this estimate a couple of years beforehand and initially decided not to do the work because we didn't really have plans to use the chimney. Then, we were ready to sell the house and the real estate agent told us that we'd need to get the chimney fixed. We called Advanced Chimney Sweeps, they came over within a couple of weeks and they performed the work.
