Deck or Porch Repair
Poor quality workmanship, left rotten boards and painted over them (instead of identifying them as needing to be replaced and replacing them), left some railings hanging and unsecured, left the handrail unfinished/unwanted but painted over (would cause cuts to any person who runs their hand across it), left tree sap and did not sand over (just painted over it), left debris on the side of my house (we discussed either him taking it away, or cutting it down to a size that we cut out in our waste bin). Provided similar feedback on the company website and got a call, returned their call a few weeks later because I was ill and out of town, but they do not call back to resolve. Very disappointed in the workmanship and extraordinary oat for this level of workmanship.

Bob Kelley made three window cornices for us. He took time to design the cornices with us so he knew exactly what we wanted. Bob was meticulous in his measurements and the cornices are beautiful. He is a master craftsman. We are definitely hiring him for future projects. Much thanks to Bob and the Ace Handyman service.
