Overall, a solid B experience. Jim is a great guy, very responsive and the remodeled bath looks great overall. The only reason this is a B and not an A is that the plumber (subcontractor) failed to connect a supply line correctly which resulted in water leaking into my garage. Needeless to say, Jim replaced the garage ceiling, although the ceiling job wasnt perfect (you can still see where it was repaired). Some of the tile on the floor also cracked after installation. There again, Jim had the tile guy come back and repair that. His crew also mistakenly installed a toilet paper holder on the wall as a hand towel rack, so now they are coming back to put that where it needs to be. Paint work was good, but not an A. Clearly the A grade work is in the construction (the new vanity and custom built cabinents look awesome. We're happy with the result and I'd recommend Jim again, mostly due to his responsiveness in making sure you are happy.
