Had the company come and take a look at unfinished basement, estimate given, i was dissuaded from getting permits pulled, midway into project , the team ran out of money and i had to pay ahead of schedule, floor was not leveled before carpet placed, walls and ceilings are wavey, not flat. Near completion and toilet , sump pump , molding and some fixtures still not placed and no one can be reached.
