We hired 50Floor to install carpets in 4 rooms. We were told by the sales guy “Richie” that we should buy the upgraded “stain proof/resistant” carpet. And told they back their carpet with gold star guarantees on installation/carpet. NOT TRUE. The installers left a very visible seam at the entrance of the room. They told us they were outsourced and they were done. Within months the carpet had deep stains that won’t come out. Zerores came out and told us the stains are deep and appear to have gotten all the way to the root of the carpet! Going on 3 months now and 50Floor has yet to take accountability for the faulty installation or the failed carpet. Dana Mason, their “resolution guy” done nothing to help us. My review on another site has now received 238 clicks. If 10% of those people heed my warning 50Floor has now lost 23 customers. All because they refuse to honor their guarantees and warranties. 50Floor, do right by your customers and maybe your ratings will improve.
